Sea View 44: Dog-friendly, 2 rows from ocean w/pool

Very good location. Property clean but very worn and uncomfortable. Beds were horrible. Had to drag giant trash can had no wheels

The house was perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach is literally across the street! The only cons were we were: 1. The door wouldn’t unlock when we got there on a Sunday night. And the door was sticky trying to get in and out. It also took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone to help us while we were locked out. That was a stressful time. Vacasa was much more responsive the rest of the week and the customer service people were great!2. only given 2 garbage bags for the week. They should really supply at least 3 bags.

House was nice and enough room for us. Nice location and nice that the beach was just a short walk away. Neighbors are friendly. House you can tell had some weather damage to it at some point. Hope home owners are working on getting that fixed.

Pretty basic accommodators but I myself don't go down to sit inside. Place was clean.

The proximity to the large, quiet beach access was fantastic. The home has a lot of potential and it is evident that the homeowners are working on upgrades to make this the perfect family getaway home. The new floors, bathroom amenities, and large kitchen appliances are very nice.

This property was perfect for us. Third row put us so close to the beach. It takes maybe two minutes to be on the beach and it was wide open space and not crowded like many. We had coastal fishing licenses and a vehicle permit and were able to drive on the beach to the perfect spot to spend the day. Love being able to have the dogs with us. Will mention that dog shoes are a great idea not only for hot sand and hot pavement but also for sand spur protection. The new flooring and updated bathroom along with updated kitchen appliances was fantastic. We will definitely book again. We had a problem with the door lock but one phone call and all was taken care of.

Close to public beach access. Nothing fancy but had everything! Felt like a perfect beach vacations!!!

Good- cost and location are good. Easy walk to beach, restaurants etc. New floors and new bathroom are nice. New appliances in the kitchen. Its dog friendly and fairly comfortable. The bad- welcome to the 1970s. This is an old house that has been through a lot of storms. Window frames are rotting, interior paneling walls have water damage here and there that’s just been painted over, there is no beach view. The cabinets and the furniture is old and a bit worn but clean. Bedrooms have light filtering blinds with valances so sunlight comes right in ( bring curtains or we used beach towels and blankets). Wifi rarely works Owners appear to be working on this house so it should keep improving Avons beaches are still the best!

Overall was a great experience the inside was absolutely charming, the outside could use something paint and a good powerwash. They had internet and roku plug in. The tv itself has no internet connection older tv. Had no remote for the roku so couldn't use the tv. It was very clean.
