The house was divided into separate units that were not labeled. Found a roach in bedroom. Had a stranger walk into the house around midnight and had to call police. Property needs better locks with instructions on how the keypad system works I was under the assumption door closed was locked.

Absolutely adorable place. Very quaint, fully stocked dining and cooking utilities, plenty of linen for towels in the home, including extras for the beach. The common area in the backyard was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor shower was great for washing off and then we got done with the beach. Have already recommended to friends who stay in Coco Beach and will absolutely stay here again

Communication was a bit tough. I purchased this rental through Expedia and called the phone number given. I did not receive a call back after leaving a message on the voice mail with Mandy's voice on it saying she would get back within a day or two. Later found out that she said she doesn't really check that voice mail. She didn't seem to know that this BnB was being sold through Expedia and said she only communicates through the BnB Homeaway which is not indicated on the site. We arrived at night and had told Mandy that it would be around 9:30pm but got a message saying we noticed you haven't arrive in the afternoon and then left us instructions on how to get into our space. We didn't know it was a 4-plex and couldn't tell the address of the house in the dark. We had to ask one of the other occupants if it was 317 address. All the other houses had large numbers on their mailboxes. After we got in the room all was good. Space was great and good location. Would have liked an option to be another hour or so on the out in the room since we couldn't board our ship till a later time and left us with trying to figure out what to do with our luggage till we could check in Thanks Trace

The new owners were great communicators. The outdoor space was nice. Easy walk to the beach and lots of brach amenities to use.

Love, love this place! It’s so close to the beach, and the décor is super cute. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a great beach day — even little snacks! Such a great stay, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my clients!

Avoid this host. Never received access code/entry info. Called and messaged both contact numbers multiple times and no answer/response. Vrbo help center tried to contact and got no answer also. Was refunded quickly, but left me getting a motel at the last minute that was 50 more a night, as there were no other vrbos available that soon. Luckily I had the means to find other lodging, or I'd have beenn stranded.

The location was great, right close to the beach. However the host didn't respond to messages until the other couple parked their car in the parking space (limit one car per unit). When responding to that situation the host was quite rude. Also it's described as a house when it's actually one house split into 4 apartments.

We never received our check in information. Thankfully someone at the property was still there when we arrived and let us in. We left today and still have received zero communication from our property manager.

Great location to the beach (5 minute walk). We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again! People were so nice in the area. We found a great pizza place 10 minute walk from the place. Very cozy, very well themed and lots of activities to do outside of the units. Beautiful flowers all around! We had some hiccups getting a hold of the property manager at the beginning. It was a small space, and walls were a bit thin (you could hear the other occupants), but the place was very clean. When we walked in, reggae music was playing and snacks were left for us, which was a very nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our stay!

Quaint place. Not enough seating for a family I’ve 4 to enjoy downtime inside. Fabulous location, quiet neighborhood. Would consider staying there again.

Close to the beach, perfect for our stay before we jumped on our cruise ship.. Fun little town with fun things to do.

The cute two bedroom property had everything we needed. Three smart tvs, WiFi, great outdoor area with family games, bottled waters, snacks, robes, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, the list just keeps going. Great communication. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed it for one night in between cruises. Would stay again.

Air could have been colder felt like i was being cooked

Located in a nice neighborhood quiet and secluded small two bedroom unit. Backyard very nice for lounging and playing games. Unit was clean and stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

This rental has so much potential, but it wasn't for us, we wouldn't return with out updates and some cleaning. We paid $40 for an early check in (there was no customers the day before) and when we got there at 10:30 we were asked to come back at 11:00, manager said she was driving and couldn't access the access code. This rental has tons of potential but needs some major attention to detail. First the positives: Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A descent kitchenet to prepare meals and coffee in the morning and a comfortable mattress for a good nights sleep. Things that need attention: The thermostat is completely locked out, patrons need access to be able to control the temperature, the temps dropped significantly our first night and the thermostat was locked on AC at a set temperature. There's a note in the bathroom that says use our toilet paper only or you could be fined for a plumber call, but you only have 1 roll. The TV in the main sitting area would not work, we could only watch TV from the bedroom. There's cameras everywhere in the outdoor area, you feel like you're under surveillance during your stay. All of the outdoor furniture is dirty and outdated, black mold all over the seat cushions. The outdoor cooking area could be amazing, but needs the most attention. The gas grill was barely usable, there was no grease pan and everything just dumps to the ground. Like I said it was just ok, not for use without some major cleaning, updates and changes.

Tiny but cute. Close to the beach and in walking distance from a lot of stores, restaurants, and fun activities.

The house was very clean. Had trouble sleeping due to the outside lights on, blind wouldn't close properly. Otherwise very nice place for a getaway.

Great place, great location, fantastic outdoor space. Online listing didn't mention that we were renting half of a house and sharing outdoor space with other renters, it seemed as if we would have the whole place. Check-in process was a little weird, kept getting messages about providing owner with credit card and passport info, even though we went through VRBO and are US citizens. But overall a nice place to stay.

We stayed here one night before boarding a cruise ship at Port Canaveral. It was in a really good location for those purposes and worked well for one night, but I personally would not want to stay there more than one night
