Sea Turtle - Luxury 7BR Beachfront Retreat, Private Pool, 5 Star Reviews!

Overall, we were very happy with the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We brought our extended family for the week, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout worked well for our group, and we appreciated how accommodating the home was for a large family gathering.Our only disappointment was the size of the pool. In person, it is noticeably smaller than it appears in the listing photos. For a home that accommodates up to 28 guests, we found the pool to be quite small. This may not be an issue for every group, but we were traveling with several young children (ages 5 and under), so the pool became crowded very quickly.Unfortunately, the beach was under double red flag conditions for much of our stay, making it unsafe to enter the water. As a result, the pool became our primary place for the children to play, and because of its limited size, the adults had to take turns supervising in the pool rather than being able to enjoy it together. We simply wanted to share this so future guests—especially larger groups with young children—have realistic expectations when planning their stay.

There were several small issues or things that need repair. During our stay we fixed the a chair and stools that were missing screws causing issues when seating. When having over 20 guest, for the size of the pool, it should be serviced atleast a couple of times during the week to keep it cleaned. Our stay was during a peak week and the rate was very high considering what the house next door went for the same week. I would rent it again but not during peak time

Great place and accommodative host.

We are a group of 13/14 (I forgot how many we had). Anyway....we are a group of diverse folks. All the way from children up to retirees with mobility issues. That includes middle agers, young adults and an older teen with special needs. So finding a home that accommodates all of our needs is very tricky! We found the perfect home with the Sea Turtle. A beautiful home that was spacious enough to give us ALL our privacy as well as the ability to be together, too. We did have a slight delay to acquire the home due to cleaning issues I believe. That was not a problem as they let us drop off our luggage and we went ahead to get some groceries with the freed up space in the vehicle. We all had a great time. I love the fact that the house is on the beach which is great for our group who had mobility issues. There were at least three that were happy to have the beach in the backyard. :D I would definitely rent out the Sea Turtle again. I will definitely be using Warren Beach Rentals in the future. They are extremely attentive to detail and answering your emails, texts or phone calls concerning their properties. By far the best family vacation!! The house is just as pictured and the view is absolutely stunning. Having the pool was such an added bonus for the little ones that can’t do the beach all day. We had 19 on this trip and everyone loved the house. Not a single complaint other than we had to leave. Beautiful home that’s perfect for large groups. Can’t wait to visit again!

The location is beautiful. It is very convenient to have access to the beach and pool all right next to each other, especially when you have kids. The stay is advertised as family friendly, however in the rental next to us was a group of 25 college kids for spring break that played loud music every night until 3am, broke glass bottles on our shared walkway to the beach and overall really impacted our stay, which is unfortunate considering the cost. We also notified the company and were told law enforcement was contacted, however considering nothing changed it was unhelpful. Cleanliness wise—we found wrappers in bedroom drawers, a dirty sock in the closest.

Absolutely wonderful home. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The views were just incredible and a great location. Warren Beach Rentals was such a great company to work with, we have found our go to rental company! Thank you for a great stay.

10 stars! The home is exceptionally well laid out and comfortable. The pool and the huge balconies were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the sun and sunsets. Folks, Warren Beach Rentals has a lot of nice reviews, this was our first time renting with them and have found our GO TO rental company. Sea Turtle is the perfect get away for large groups or families. The house is an amazing property right on the beach and it is equipped with anything you could possibly want. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place for the week.

Everything about this house was first class. The house was enormous and in an incredible location. It has been recently renovated with very nice furniture. Our family looks forward to returning next year. 10/10 for sure!

As grandparents, it was pure joy to watch our family (our adult children and grandchildren) come together under one roof for a truly magical vacation. The house is enormous, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also very cozy. The views of the ocean from almost every room were breathtaking and pulling the curtains aside to see the beach each morning was a dream come true. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to create lasting memories with our family. We’re already talking about when we can come back! If you’re looking for a family-friendly, upscale getaway right on the beach, this house is an absolute gem.
