The top level features a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a glass-top stove, and breakfast bar seating, while the comfortable living area provides plenty of room to gather after a day in the sun. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the coastal breeze or wind down as the sun sets.
For one of the best spots in the house, head up the spiral staircase to the tower reading loft, where elevated ocean views create a quiet place to relax, read, or simply take in the scenery.

When you're not at the beach, unwind in the private hot tub or take advantage of seasonal access to the Club Hatteras community pool and tennis courts. Back inside, a 65-inch TV in the living room and Roku-equipped TVs in each bedroom make movie nights easy.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned shops, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for easy sound access, watersports, and beautiful views across the Pamlico Sound.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the house! From Sea Tower, head east on Sandfiddler Lane toward the ocean and continue to the end of the street. There, you'll find the wooden community beach access walkway leading over the dunes and directly onto the beach.

Community Amenities: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open seasonally. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.
