Sea Tower 113: Near beach with private hot tub & shared pool

Great view from the tower and a easy walk to the beach.

We love this house! So comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen makes for an easy stay! We’ve stayed here two summers in a row and hope to be able to return for a future visit.

The house was perfectly located next to the beach access and our family's house two doors down. We loved the amenities, including the hot tub and the enclosed crow's nest that we used nightly.

The house was very nice, the furnishings were nice, it was very close to the beach. Everything was in working order and we had a really nice time!

This house is in a great location, it was very clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The living room couches are very comfortable as well as the king bed. Loved the privacy and easy access of the hot tub!

The house has every appliance you need in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, great spaces to simply escape and read a great book from the mini library and last but not least, the location is fantastic for strolling off to the beach for that perfect laidback afternoon!

We are used to the gulf coat of Florida beaches so the OBX is an experience new to us. We loved it. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We had littles with us so packing all of their needs with us and pulling a wagon was a bit of a challenge. Also we rented baby gates to avoid any falls down steps. This is a perfectly located home. Very beautiful and spacious.

We very much enjoyed the home. We loved the views from the tower, and enjoyed using the decks. It was a very short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. We had our family of 10 there for a week and it was awesome! The living area/master bedroom on the top level with the rest of the bedrooms in the bottom - layout was perfect. Cool work/nap area on the top with a view of the Ocean and of the Sound! Really easy access to the beach - a 5 minute walk and your sitting down in your chair enjoying the waves and the sea breeze! Definitely looking at coming back in the future!

The house was clean and ready before 5. The kitchen is fully stocked, they have thought of everything. We have stayed here for 3 years and made a lot of memories. Unfortunately, we will not becoming back. I tried to reserve for next year but the price increased by nearly $3000. I have gone to another realtor and found a comparable home for less.

Easily accesible to the beach! This beautiful home was clean and stocked with all the essentials. So many places to sit and relax, whether on the covered porch or the open deck.
