Sea Time - Corolla, Ocean Sands, Oceanside Retreat, 280 Yds to Beach, Close to Golf and Shopping

This house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and one kiddo. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was spotless and confortable for everyone! There is a gas grill (propane provided) and we cooked red snapper, salmon, and shrimp from the local seafood market. The views from the top deck are perfect for watchng the sunrises and sunsets and, as the beach bum in the family, I loved every minute of it! The pictures represent everything perfectly. We will definitely book again if available.

This trip is on my top 5 favorite vacations. I brought my 84 year old mother and 19 year old daughter to Corolla for the first time ever. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday and we had such a wonderful time. The only downfall was that my 84 year old mother could not access the beach due to all the stairs to the beach. We drive down to the ADA access ramp, which was fine. We loved the location if the home and felt like we were at home with comfort. We plan to come back hopefully next year. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The house was perfect for one to two families. The walk to the beach was a short 4 minute stroll and the beach was great. We may rent this place again next year.

Usually stay in Nags Head to avoid traffic on 12. Rental as advertised. I didn’t note only queen beds and just one bedroom en-suite bathroom but that’s my oversight. Had issue the TV in one bedroom. Fridge could be larger but smaller fridge in laundry area was useful. The dishwasher could use an upgrade. Who wants to hand wash dishes on vaca?

Great house!! Location is perfect for a family that loves the beach!!! Plenty of room, convenient to grocery store!! Would definitely stay again! N

We had a spectacular time staying at Sea Time - to size of the home, cleanliness, proximity to the GORGEOUS BEACH and groceries, The Chill Spot (awesome ice cream), Duck Donuts, Urban Kitchen - all within walking distance!!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. The multiple decks offered plenty of seating. So grateful. Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located to the beach access area as well as shops/dining options. Our only complaint is that beds were a little too firm, and we are a lot that prefers firm over too soft. Other than that, wonderful!

This property was very nice and clean. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and well cared for. The beach is a short walk away. Convenient shops and Harris Teeter (grocery store) are across the main road and are also walkable.

This house had great access to the beach nearby but that’s about all that was good about the property. The house was not clean, we complained to property manager did nothing but say thanks for letting us know. Furniture is awful, mattresses were terrible. Definitely NOT worth the price we paid.
