Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had a great stay at this perfectly located home that was equipped with everything we needed-well stocked kitchen, nice furniture and linens, awesome and convenient garage area w outdoor shower, a house, and table and chairs for easy getting to and from the beach. The host was great to work with.

Stayed May 14, 2022Everything was easy breezy from checkin to checkout. The brightly colored house looks the part for what a vacation stay should be (and made it super easy to find!). We loved everything about the location, it is slow down there, exactly what we were looking for. The only close restaurant had delicious food, live music, and great times. We enjoyed the short ride on our bikes to grab chili dogs, snacks, and to shoot the breeze at the bait shop. The beach at this end is beautiful, loved the national park too. The stay in the house was equally wonderful. All the amenities we wanted were right at hand. The downstairs shower was great for dealing with the sand and it was cool having access to beach accessories we didnt bring along. The kitchen was perfect and we put it to use, along with the grill when we were too tired to make it out in the evening. The crow's nest up top was a neat place to see the sun rise. We would loved to have stayed longer, at the right place a week feels awfully short. Rent it for a month!

Stayed Jul 10, 2021My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was very well taken care of, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is provided on the property. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck and are only a short walk to beach access. The beach was never crowded during our stay and the area was very relaxing and quiet. There were amazing local restaurants and shops right on the other end of the beach, plus some awesome destinations to check out just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay so much we would absolutely come back and book this property again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2020We loved our stay at Sea Swell and visiting New Smyrna Beach. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Located directly across from the beach access made it an easy walk to spend the day on the beach.
