Sea Side Villa Upscale Beach Front Home! Stunning Views of the Gulf!

We had a great stay at Sea Side Villa. The man room is so nice and open with plenty of seating. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped (we make most of our own meals for the entire week). The walk to the beach is so nice with the boardwalk. We did order beach service which I am glad we did as there wasn’t many beach seats at the house (but it isn’t advertised as having any—just sometimes the houses have a lot of seating in their storage) Overall, would definitely recommend this beach house!

Being right on the beach, seeing dolphins a couple mornings was a highlight. The owners thought of everything, we didn't have littles with us but if you do they have the necessities. We would definitely come back to this location. We have been coming to this area the past few years and this location was the best one yet. Great size house and being right on the beach.

Sea Side Villa was as described and was beautiful. Questions were answered timely. The showers had good water pressure and bathrooms were clean. We were literally on the beach which was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay

This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back. The only thing we didnt find was a dust pan and we bought a crock pot to cook in for the 9 of us. We gave it to our niece after the wedding for her daughter.

The house is well-equipped- beautiful towels, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, nice washer and dryer- We had plenty of room to hang out together. The balconies are great, the views are stunning, and the beach is the prettiest. Location was perfect, we visited Navarre's awesome Zoo- close up to the animals made it fun for the kids, highly recommend. The Aquarium was great, too. Easy drive to parks, ice cream, restaurants, the pier, and even to Pensacola to the museum. So much to do, we loved it. The best part was watching every sunrise AND sunset from our balcony everyday. This beach house was perfect and we will be back.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

The team was very responsive with any questions we had. Golf carts were delivered the day we requested. House was VERY clean. The closet had all the things we needed to enjoy the beach every day. Pathway was clear for easy access. The kitchen was large and spacious for all us girls to cook and chat. We will definitely book again!

Kitchen had most everything needed for cooking, could use a few items like teaspoons which is a minor item. Dishwasher went out, but management came and washed dishes one day after contacting them, then replaced the dishwasher within two days. Has downstairs storeroom with beach chairs and many other beach items for guests use. Would stay there again.

Open floor plan for the little kids to enjoy themselves, but the bedrooms were away from each other where you had privacy no better view of the beach and ocean the available beach equipment was appreciated. The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.
