Located just across the quiet neighborhood street from one of the two community pools, Barrier Dunes 250 – 110 Sea Side Oasis is an ideal spot for your next family vacation. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse has a spacious screened-in deck with outdoor dining and two other balconies overlooking the pool. Kids love the freedom of having the pool at their fingertips and tennis pros are just as happy to find the well-kept courts just as close. If these amenities aren’t enough, thelarge gulf front pool and access to the quartz-like white sandy beach and crystal clear water of Cape San Blas are just a short walk away.

This particular townhome is nicely decorated and thoughtfully laid out with the living area and full bath on the main level along with the kids’ room with 2 twin beds, TV and small deck. Upstairs you will find the two masters with queen beds each with a full bath.

Barrier Dunes is a gulf front, gated community located on the northernmost end of the peninsula adjacent to the State Park. Inside the neighborhood are the two community pools, tennis courts, a playground for the kids and small ponds throughout. Within walking distance or a short drive is Conehead’s Restaurant and Longbill’s on Cape San Blas, two local restaurants with a great drinks and the laid back, beach atmosphere.

    Perfect location to the beach, just a short walk! Condo was as pictured. Our balcony overlooked the pool, this spot would be perfect for families. We had an issue with not receiving the gate or door access codes before we arrived. Customer service was great. We hated one thing and that was the front door keypad, it randomly locked and was hard to use. We left it unlocked when we left because we didn’t trust it to not lock us out!

    This home has the advantage of being just across from the property’s second pool and it is a short walk to the beachfront section of the complex.

    Loved this condo. It was very clean and the furniture and decor was modern, simple and cute (not cluttered). Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. This unit is right across from the pool which was really nice.

    We had a great stay although when the power went out and the property manager said they’d send someone for the smoke detector they never did.

    The condo was very clean and updated. They have pretty much everything you need for making meals at home (pots, pans, utensils, etc). And The beds are SUPER comfy. It’s about 20 min outside of the town of Port St Joe and there’s not much to do but if you’re just wanting to swim, relax and do a little fishing or explore nature, it is perfect.

    The house was very clean, located close to the beach and across from the pool and tennis courts. The property management company was very easy to work with and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The beds were very comfortable, the house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need including board games, tennis rackets, toiletries. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.
