Great house, great location! The house is really nice, larger than it looks with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It's well equipped, with towels, sheets, games, puzzles, beach equipment and lots of cooking supplies too! The location is perfect, just a few steps to beach access, with no roads to cross, which was really convenient, especially with 3 kids. It's also located really close to Avalon's small boardwalk (arcade, restaurant, ice cream) and just a few blocks to downtown Avalon for all of your shopping needs. Richard was an exceptional host, I really appreciated his communication throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this home for anyone (especially families) looking for a great place to relax and spread out in Avalon!

It was a great house and location.Our only complaint was the horrible sewer smell coming from outside shower that permeated in to lower bedroom.Two nights my daughter and granddaughter moved to couches to sleep

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well equipped. A short walk to the beach without crossing a street.

Just steps from the beach and so much space for a family (or 2) and Richard was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Richard was a gracious host who was great to communicate and work with both before and during our stay. The location of the property was perfect for our families and the ease of getting to the beach with kids was amazing!! We had a great week and would recommend this property.

Nice home 300 yards from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to town. Richard was easy to work with, and we enjoyed the home and it's location during our stay in Avalon.

Great house in a great location in avalon. Easy to walk to town and beach/boardwalk. Host was very responsive and helpful.
