Wonderful home cozy close to the beach, food etc, has everything you need, katakes, bikes, comfy beds, best skeep I jad in a long time, great bathrooms showers, hosts made us feel at home, we have atayed at many places across the country this is our favorite we will be back!

Great location! The host thought of everything to make it cozy away from home. The garage was stocked with beach items, it was perfect!

We loved the beach-themed decor and the private backyard! Walking to the beautiful beach and coffee shop was wonderful. This beautiful home was stocked with everything we needed, and they even provided snacks and waters. Trish and Scott are truly the most thoughtful and tasteful hosts. We’re so glad we chose Sea Salt Sanctuary for our week in St. Augustine!

Everything was wonderful! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and this rental was perfect. Conveniently close to everything, especially the beautiful St. Augustine beach. This property is clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for an amazing vacation. We really appreciated the beach chairs which we used for spectacular sunrise and sunset viewing. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive to all our needs. The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We love the location in St. Augustine, it was close to shopping the historical district and restaurants. Very happy with our stay. Hoping we will get to come back to St. Augustine and we will definitely stay at the Sea Salt Sanctuary.

Clean and well equipped. Especially liked the outdoor lighting made it feel very safe and comfortable. Stayed in early January and saw the City Lights, the firepit was nice and access to the city was easy.

Great location! You can walk pretty much everywhere. We walked to grab coffee in the AM, biked for donuts, and walked to several of the local restaurants. Home well equipped with all that you need. Very clean, great outdoor area with cozy fire pit for relaxing at night. Would 100% recommend!

Wonderful location that was close to the beach and a short drive to the Publix store for groceries and local restaurants. Slept 3 adults well, but no adult or anyone should use the top bunk because it is too close to the ceiling fan, which in our opinion was unsafe. Otherwise it had everything we needed and much more.

we have stayed in rental homes all over the world, and this is the best appointed home-away-from-home we have experienced. it is apparent than a lot of love went into appointing this home. Everything is very high-quality, and if you are the kind of person who loves to cook so much you bring a cooler and spice collection with you on vacation, you will find every imaginable kitchen appliance waiting for you. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. She told me that she is guided by a spirit of hospitality, and that makes perfect sense having stayed at her beautiful property. That spirit is apparent in every inch. I looked to see if we could come back in March, but the property is fully booked and with good reason. It is a lovely thing that someone has created at home that is truly a sanctuary and opened it to others. It just makes you feel good about the world.

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the last few years and this place was by far the best! The house is extremely well apppointed, had everything and anything you could possibly need. Tbe beds and couches were soooo comfortable, and tbe location was perfect. The backyard was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon coctail. Trish was amazing at answering any question we had!

Beyond our expectations! Everything we could possibly need and more. We are already talking about another stay in the near future. Bravo!

Excellent location. Short walk to eat, beach or shop. Comes with anything you may need to enjoy the area. Mattress was super comfortable and the yard is gorgeous. It's small, but beautiful.

This home was great! Has everything you need to go to the beach and so much more. The beds were very comfy. The beach was great. You can walk to about everything.

The house had a wide variety of beach items, chairs, towels, wagon to pull everything, sand toys plus surf boards, paddle boards and kayak. The kitchen had everything anyone could want plus plenty of eating utensil. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Morning coffee was great out front watching all the morning people and dogs. Evening dinners out back plenty of shade and seating arrangements to enjoy the meal.

This was a fantastic place to spend our vacation! Super cute, super clean, and incredibly well-equipped. I would heartily recommend to anyone looking to stay in St. Augustine.

Next level stay. Great location, great house and great added touches. Back yard was an oasis of relaxation. Owners thought of everything and I mean everything. Wish we could have stayed a month.

We loved our stay at Sea Salt Sanctuary! The house is a block from a clean and beautiful beach that was not at all crowded (early June). The water was warm and we enjoyed the boogie board and beach cruiser bikes provided by our hosts. Upon returning to the house, we rinsed our feet in the outdoor shower on side side of the house. The kids (teens) said the bunk bed was great and the king in the master was very comfortable with the softest, cosiest bedding I've ever felt. The house is charming and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed our meals outside in the adorable backyard. The privacy fence and lots of lush plants and trees made it feel like we were in a sanctuary. Sea Salt Sanctuary is a perfect name for it. This stay is in our top ten and we can't wait to come back.

Tge house is perfect. Great location only a block to the beach. Many places to eat and drink within a block. You can drive on the beach one street over. The garage is loaded with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Toys, chairs umbrellas, bikes and more. I have never stayed in a house that was so well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, tp, laundry detergent, coffee, and more. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a nice property with many extras. It was clean, well furnished and plenty of privacy, while being close to the beach and many restaurants. Glad we made this choice.

Everything about this place was truly amazing. The location was a quick, easy walk right to the gorgeous beach. Close to so many cute, fantastic places to eat or grab coffee. The house supplied so many fun things like a tandem bike, beach cruiser bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, large(already blown up!!) floats, chairs, towels, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all— any and everything to make the beach so fun. Trish was THE BEST host we have ever had- we had a red eye fight and she let us check in way earlier than she needed to and gave us tons of suggestions of places to eat and things to do to make our recovery day really great. She was just so incredibly accommodating and helpful! We were so thankful! The property itself was great too- our family of 4 with two huge teenagers had plenty of room and it was super clean, very comfortable, and very nicely stocked of everything we could imagine. We just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Everything and more. We loved staying here, great location, clean house, provides everything you need for a little family vacation. Just pack a bathing suit and the house provides the rest for the beach. Trish was a terrific host and provided us with some great restaurant recommendations in the area. Pretty sure we’ll be back next year.

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine! The property was exactly as described and close to so many activities, including the beach! We rode the bikes through the neighborhood and had a wonderful time. Thanks for the attention to detail and all of the beach gear. We had a blast!

We are seniors traveling just for grins. Sea Salt Sanctuary is lovely, quiet and close to beach access. Bikes and water related are provided and great for kids and adults. Trish and Mark are thoughtful and provide a lovely stay as well as responding to VRBO text queries. Oh - we hunted for the WIFI password and found it framed in the dining alcove. If you look up - its easy.Loved our stay.

Took the family up to St. Augustine for 2 days to go to Nights of Lights. What an amazing property and great location. The house was as advertised and perfect for our family mini vacation. We will definitely be back when its warmer and we can enjoy the beach more!

The single-story home was very welcoming…decorated in driftwood compliments, lots of pillows giving a cozy and warm welcome. We stayed NYE 2024. The host told us about the firework show at the beach, which was very nice. All the renters around us were very pleasant. I would rate the home 5-star. There were books for reading, games for playing, toys for children, bikes for riding, beach wagon and toys, fire pit in the backyard with tables to sit at as well. Very nice rental.

we only stayed one night, but don’t have a bad thing to say about the property or the owners. communication was great, house was very cute and clean and beach was just walking distance from the front door. we will definitely be back!! it’s the perfect location and the beds were super comfy! you can’t go wrong with booking here!

House has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation weather you're coming in the summer for the beach or during the winter to enjoy the amazing outdoor space and fire pit. Perfect getaway cottage. A block from the beach and close to everything.

This cozy and obviously much loved cottage so close to the beach provided our family a much needed retreat. A dear little Christmas tree in the living room added a loving touch. I have stayed in many a VRBO but this gem had the best supplied kitchen I have ever been blessed with.

Stayed 2 nights 3 days. Easy access to everything. Uber to downtown is 11-25 bucks depending on the day and time. Plenty restaurants for every meal. The backyard patio is serene and relaxing as you’d wish. Quiet. Just wonderful.

The Sea Salt Sanctuary is exactly how it sounds - an inviting, cozy place one block from the ocean. Every detail here has been thought out. The furnishings, bedding, linens, everything you could ever need in the kitchen. So many beach items to choose from and we enjoyed using the bikes one morning. We spent our evenings out back having small fires with the patio lights on. It felt like a world away. I’ve already recommended this gem to family & friends and I will most definitely be back! We had a great time staying here. There was so much available for our use. The place was very clean, loved the decor...and the courtyard was so comfortable. It was the easiest places to leave on our checkout date. The instructions given were to pack our things, they will do the rest. We will definitely return!

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it!! It is a perfect walking distance to the beach. The walk is only a couple of mins. There are plenty of places to walk and eat as well. The home was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The back patio was our favorite!!! Very nice! The hosts were amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

We all loved everything about this lovely rental. Two minute walk across the street to the beautiful beach and dunes. The owners have supplied everything you could possibly need including a cart to wheel your beach chairs and stuff to the beach. Location was a five min drive to the St Augustine Ampitheater where we had tickets to live music. Outside was amazing and comfortable and even had fire wood for the pit. Inside is so comfy and welcoming. We our the hosts a huge thank you and we can't wait to go back.

It also has everything you need for a day (or 4) of fun at the beach. Great place to stay for a relaxing and refreshing trip to St Augustine.

We had a quick one-night stay and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and walk for dinner and breakfast. My teens loved the beach cruisers and they had every possible thing you could need for the beach available. Beds were comfy as well.

Everything was perfect! Everything was modern, clean, and in good working order. The back porch was spacious and comfortable with a nice ambiance at night. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the beach. Old St. Augustine is a short drive away. If you're into riding bikes or beach waters sports, they have everything you need. There's a wagon to transport your stuff to the beach, paddle boards, kayaks, and much more. My wife is very picky and she said she could see us living there. We'll definitely be back.
