Stayed Mar 19, 2020This lovely house is in a great location, just a few minutes from the bay beach at Barnes Landing. We were there in March so could not enjoy the pool or veranda, but inside was lovely. There are plenty of comfortable beds and good bathrooms, we had lovely fires and the owner was very helpful. We'd love to stay again.

Stayed Sep 26, 2019We loved our stay. The house is in Amagansett close to East Hampton and 15 min from Montauk. There is a nice beach within walking distance or a 2 min drive. The house is cute and well-stocked. Bill was very helpful. We would love to stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. Bill was amazing at preparing us for our trip. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for the weekend. We would definitely return again.

Stayed Dec 31, 2016Bill's home was a wonderful get away. I'm sure it is lovely in the summer but it is also perfect for winter trips. The fireplace adds a cozy element that you don't find at many beach houses. Bill has everything well labeled and makes it easy to find anything you need in he house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property in Amagansett is greatly located on a quiet street a few blocks from a small beach on the bay. The home is well appointed and has a rustic feel. The wrap-around porch and backyard pool and patio give plenty of opportunity to spend outside, while the large kitchen and the fireplace in the living room allow for great atmosphere indoors on colder days. We were there for Thanksgiving and although many of the area restaurants were closed for the season, we had a great time cooking and sitting by the fire. Very comfortable place. Don't forget to stop by Jack's in town for coffee in the morning.
