Book your next stay to 30A HERE. The property was Everything as described and so much more! We stayed here for 3.5 weeks and had all the amenities needed to make us feel like we were at home. It is tastefully decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and bedrooms/bathrooms were extremely comfortable. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk, or you can enjoy either of the 2 pools available. For a break from the water there are cute shops, restaurants , and “things to do” within just a few miles in either direction of the community, too. Our host David was very responsive to just the few questions we had. The gated community itself has high standards and it shows - a very peaceful, quiet, and beautiful environment. Well appointed home with charming, clean and comfortable decor. Owner gave great instructions so we had no confusion. The home is quiet and relaxing. Nice area which is convenient to some great restaurants. A sweet private boardwalk to the beach- Owner has thought fully supplied most anything you would need for the beach. Loved the pickle ball equipment, and ping pong table.

This is a great location and property. Very comfortable and great host. Quite lovely neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Our 1st time using Vrbo. The owner answered every time I reached out. We were staying here with family since our daughter was getting married, the owner was so kind and just the Best experience ever. Home was beautiful, clean and very roomy, comfortable. Close to our other friends and family that were here for the wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner of the home, was so kind, and helpful. We will be back.

We loved this house and the location. It was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. The beach cart was an absolute life saver when we went to the beach! The kitchen was very well stocked. It was a beautiful neighborhood to walk in as well. We hope to go back one day!

We just finished our family vacation at Sea la Vie and it was incredible. The pictures of this house on VRBO do not do it justice. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are spacious and the bedrooms were all extremely large with plenty of space for our family of 8-9. The proximity to one of the two community pools and beach boardwalk made it easy for everyone to go back-and-forth to each rather easily, and we thoroughly enjoyed the multiple pickleball courts too! The host was very responsive and courteous, especially after my husband accidentally packed the rental home's pickleball paddles and balls in our car (they have been shipped back). We will be returning to this home in the future.

The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. The beach is beautiful and the boardwalk to the beach is a very pleasant walk. The house is very nicely furnished and anything you could need for your stay is there. It was a pleasure to stay and the owner/host was very kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone and will hopefully return next year to same place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was the perfect size for our large family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it’s nice to has the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than anticipated. The boardwalk was nice but once you reach the beach you still have to walk a bit to get to the beach that we could use.

Awesome house in the same neighborhood we lived 3 years ago. The house was perfect for our party size and very well appointed. The tranquil neighborhood is just what we like and getting to the beach is an easy 10 minute stroll. David was an amazing host and quickly responded to a couple of questions we had during the stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a fantastic beach vacation! The house is beautiful and clean. The walkway to the beach was terrific. Shaded most of the way. We made great family memories this week!!

This property was perfect for our family. The two upstairs bedrooms with baths provided privacy for our two married children. The bunk room on the main floor was ideal for the grandchildren keeping them close to the grandparents. Enjoyed and appreciated the boardwalk and private beach. The Red fish lake provided a safe area for the young ones to play The beach gear came in handy. The tennis courts and pool were put to good use. The location was close to nearby restaurants and just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely a favorite

We had my whole family here! Parents and aunt had the downstairs and me and my brothers family had the second floor! It was perfect! Bring a baby gate if you have little kids you don’t want climbing the stairs. The walk to the beach is a lot with little ones but great definitely doable for older ones and adults. Overall this is a GREAT location and beautiful house!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. It was very spacious, extremely clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had any appliance and utensil you could possibly need. There were chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler, etc. available if needed. The beds were all comfortable! Tons of games were in the den and bunk bed room for us to use. We have stayed in different houses on 30A for the last ten years, and this house was the best one. Short 7-8 minute walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all. Communication with David was excellent!

Our stay was pretty perfect. We traveled with 4 young adult family members & the house is perfect for that. Everyone not only has their own bedroom, but also their own bathroom. Communication was super easy, and the instructions were all very clear. We loved the location! The walk to red fish taco was easy. We had great food & drinks, and loved listening to the live music. We also walked almost daily to Blue Mountain Creamery for ice cream. And to the little coffee shop next door in the mornings. The walk from the front porch to our spot on the beach took almost exactly 15 min. And as everyone has already mentioned, the boardwalk is beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool & pickleball courts at the Preserve. We did bring our own paddles, but had the courts to ourselves. This house is stocked with so much! Beach toys, chairs, coolers, wagon, umbrella. I can’t imagine needing anything. They’ve thought of it all. The home is large but also really comfy. All 6 of us sat & watched tv comfortably (Go Pacers!) and had some nice home cooked meals around the dining room table. With the location of the preserve near the Grayton State Park, we saw deer almost every evening. Other favorites - Grayton beach shops - Mahalo was a favorite. Local Catch for dinner was amazing. We also enjoyed a few hours in Seaside, and a few drinks at Beach Camp Brewery. We are so grateful for such a good week in this beautiful home. Hope to be back soon!

Our stay at this home was seamless from booking to checkout. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had every amenity needed. The beds were all comfortable and everything was in great working condition. We will definitely recommend this as a vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely and very well equipped for our family of 7. The walk to to beach was beautiful and very easy. We highly recommend this property!

We had a great time staying at sea la vie. The ground are welcoming. There isn’t a ton of amenities in the gated community but it did the job. There are a treadmill, elliptical, and bike, not a gym. Pickle courts were great. The pool needed to be updated. There were tiles missing on the edge. The house was functional. All the beach equipment needed to be updated and cleaned. To be honest it seemed like the entire house needed a deep cleaning and to be updated. The kitchen was packed with a lot of tools, pots, and pans. The location is quiet and family friendly. The beach is a 5 min walk, but it a bit deceiving since you have to walk a good distance one way since the area marked is private beach. There aren’t many restaurants to walk to. Even though everything was just 10-15 min drive we felt like we were always getting in the car to do anything. Communication was spot on! He always responded quickly. I would recommend changing the check in and out policy. We couldn’t check in until 4pm on Saturday which basically meant we missed out on an entire day. Something happened on the back end. We had to check out at 10 am which didn’t allow to enjoy checkout day either. Overall, we had a great first time experiencing 30A!

My family meets in Santa Rosa most yearsfor a week. This house was wonderful and fit all of our multiple family checklists, and the location was perfect. Host was super responsive with a few questions that I had. Perfect experience.

As soon as we arrived we felt so at home in this property and safe and quiet neighborhood. David, the owner, is such a plus. When the tv went out he was there the next morning with a replacement. Location to beach is great. Pretty and short boardwalk passage. Kitchen completely stocked for cooking.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood combined with the convenience of a private beach access less than a mile walk from the house. The owner maintained excellent communication to ensure check-in was flawless. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays!

Sea La Vie is absolutely wonderful! The owners provided so many items to make the guests feel right at home! The kitchen is well stocked and has so much room for guests to enjoy a meal. The house is laid out so well with plenty of space for everyone! The pickle ball courts are fun for all ages! The location to the beach is terrific with a beautiful boardwalk to enjoy along the way! We are thankful for our time with family at this lovely home!
