The house is light-filled, with attractive and comfortable furnishings. The landscaping and back deck with pool are beautiful. Shana was a joy to work with on the few occasions we had questions.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting Sea La Vie. It’s close to Higg’s Beach, an easy walk to the south end of Duval, and easy to get to several great restaurants and bars. The Duval Loop is close if you’re not a walker. Be We’ve been pleased with how well-equipped the house is, from kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware to indoor and outdoor games. The house is perfect for 2 couples, and the 3rd floor is great for 3 kids.

Definitely a plus that it had its own designated parking spot off street. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding in the master. Lots of closet space in master. Beautiful modern bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area with incredible Royal Palms. Responsive property manager. Very helpful during prep for tropical storm first week of November. Lots of nice beach towels provided as well as beach chairs. Bicycles need a little maintenance. Consider replacing mattress in guest bedroom. An outstanding experience overall! Would definitely rent again.

Plenty of room and loved the 3rd floor room for the kids! Location was fabulous- close to Duval and the beach. Home was so clean and had everything you could need. Managing agent was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back!
