This was our second visit to this lovely house, and once again did not disappoint, this is the perfect home for a multi generational holiday, plenty of room for everyone to chill and relax. Great location, scenic walks, lovely restaurants locally and the best swimming pool, only a short drive into La Rochelle. A lovely and accommodating host who met us on arrival and was easy to contact if we had any queries. I can’t recommend highly enough.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. The pool was a real highlight. A short walk into town with a tabac, shop, boulangerie etc. Easy bus ride into La Rochelle We would love to visit again sometime!

Such a lovely property. Secluded yet still part of a community with easy access to amenities on foot. Fantastic pool and wonderful, uninterrupted views. The house was very well equipped and Virginie could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We hope to return.

Everything about this villa is first class. Virginie (host) is super helpful. Location is spot on. Quiet area but restaurants within walking distance and 10 minute drive into La Rochelle. Would highly recommemd.

We have stayed at many different holiday homes in France over the years. It is not often that a property has everything; but in this case it really does! The house is perfect, along with the pool, location, beautiful views and the most welcoming host - Virginie. We have just returned from a wonderful week where we enjoyed several days out, including the Ile de ré and La Rochelle, all of which are on the door step. We cannot recommend the house enough; so much so that we’ve already booked for next year!! Thank you Virginie 🇫🇷😎👍

Fantastic stay. Perfect location, everything and more, that you could want from a holiday home. Perfect place to relax. Good sea food restaurants within a short walk, may need to book. Virginie is a great host. Will be back again to see more of the area.

Just returned from a wonderful week here. The house was a fantastic size for our two families and was perfectly presented on arrival by the owner, Virginie. The property is well stocked with all the things you would expect to find and all the bedrooms have double beds so plenty of sleeping space. The pool was brilliant and just the right size for us. As for location the house is situated in a small village with a supermarket, bakery, butchers, a couple of pizza takeaways and a market that visits a couple of times a week just a few minutes walk away. A 15-minute drive sees you in La Rochelle itself. The only downside (if there was one) was the lack of restaurants within a short walk away - there are some fantastic seafood restaurants around a 15 - 20 minute walk away along the coast which are well worth the walk but booking is essential as we found to our cost! Otherwise, we could not fault the property and had a great week!
