Sea Horse Haven .... Matanzas Inlet Beach House. White sandy barrier island!!

The 5 star reviews are 100% realistic! We had a great stay and the house was everything the listing showed it to be. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the inlet. St Augustine is within reasonable driving distance too. Highly recommend!

Sea Horse Haven is a Jem, our host Mr. O'Toole was the BEST! Easy check in and he was very attentive. The house was equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. Having a washer and dryer made it handy to wash towels and wet clothing from the beach. The outdoor shower was one of the best features of our stay, (next to the beach) it made it so easy for all of us after playing on the beach. The walk to the beach was short and very doable we used a wagon and backpack chairs, morning walks on the beach is a must, so peaceful!There is an Airstream on the property that was available to rent nightly if we had gotten any extra family in, however we did great with the main house there is ample room on the property. The outside area was natural and comfortable with lots of sitting areas to chill. We all loved this location and will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was such a unique property- we picked it just for that! The hot tub worked perfectly and the property was as cute as pictured. We were just a short walk from some beautiful sunrises. The area was quiet conveniently located between st. Augustine and hammock beach area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family loved our space in St. Augustine! It was perfect for our family. Even though it is close to the highway the walls/gates makes it feel like you're in your own little world and provides plenty of privacy. There are a few great beach access points. They went above and beyond in providing what one would need for their stay. My kids even enjoyed using the outside shower and it made it so easy for beach days! This spot is about 30 min from the st. Augustine historic district which was perfect for us. As we were more interested in a slower pace.

Place was about as cute as the pics let on. Clean. Very happy with the stay. One thing to look out for is if it rains a lot (as it usually does Florida afternoons) there is standing water where you pull your vehicle into the driveway and you will have to walk through it open and close the gate. Bring some rubber sandals. Backing out onto A1A would seem to be a pain but with a touch of patience never had an issue even when traffic was heavy. There is a dehumidifier in the kitchen. Empty it when it shuts off and helps keep the place nicer. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sea Horse Haven! Our kids loved the outdoor showers and wanted to shower outside every day. It was clean and well stocked with everyday necessities. We will be back!

The location/property and property Mgr was Amazing! I would go back there anytime I am in St. Augustine to stay. You must experience this home and all the intricate details in every nook and cranny of this place. :-)
