Sea Esta Suite | Located On Iconic Duval w/ Pool

This property is in a great location- walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. Nice, clean and Very easy to communicate with the management company. Great spot !

Great location! Close to many restaurants. Perfect size for what we were looking for. Management was very responsive. Shuttle service was an added bonus. They provided transportation to/from airport as well as around town when needed. Pool was well maintained too! Would rent from them again!!

Great property. Just off of Duval, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute walk to Blue Heaven.The pool was great as well.Covered parking provided for 1 vehicle.

Great location. Unit as described. Great to be able to park our rented golf cart. I had reached out about an early check in and did not hear back but we were able to access the unit a bit early. So worked out ok.

Everything about this place was great! The location is perfect, it's right on Duval yet it's super quiet. There are great restaurants on the first floor, all with outdoor seating and a Circle K in the complex as well which was very convenient. It's perfect for 4 people as both bedrooms have bathrooms inside of them and there's also a half bath on the first floor so you don't have to go upstairs to the bathroom every time. Will rent again!

location was perfect! besides shower/tubs needing some updating, the condo was comfortable and clean accommodations.

Property managers had excellent communication, property was close to everything but quiet, very clean, and complimentary shuttle was a plus.

The people and cats are friendly. We parked our car and didn’t touch it again so the location was perfect. The unit was refinished on the downstairs, but not yet in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall,it was clean and comfy, but absolutely NO view from the balcony or patio. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and TVs in each room. The condo is set up well for a family or a group. It was just odd there weren’t enough bath towels wash cloths,and hand towels. That seemed to be the only miss.Every restaurant type is within walking distance, eat in or takeout as well as the museums and attractions. We went to the Dry Tortugas for the day which was very cool😎I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family

I would highly recommend Colocada VBRO for your next stay in Key West. They were very accommodating with early check in and late check out. The condo was perfect for 6 adults. All rooms were good size. Great location right off of Duval Street and easy to walk everywhere. When we did need a ride they offered a shuttle if available. Shuttle was great and it was a sprinter van so easily fit 6-8 people. Alex was the best ! Always friendly, very helpful and extremely responsive to all of our needs. Can’t go wrong.

Perfect location. Very clean and welcoming environment! Nothing is lacking in this rental.

Parking was very easy and secure. Walk in gate a little hard to find the first time. Everything felt very safe. We would go back in a second!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was very convenient to everything on Duval St. Good nearby restaurants near the condo. Pool was very clean and close. The condo was well equipped and clean. The only thing I would recommend to the owner would be hanging curtains in the primary bedroom. Will definitely be back.

The pictures were well done and made the property look good but the carpets should all be ripped up and bathrooms updated. The dripping of vents in one room is a hazard and it looks like black mold is present. Smells like mold in elevator. Pool and surround needs do be updated. Great location property managers were responsive check in was easy. Add shades in room with large windows we hung a sheet.

The place was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. It was very close to most areas, restaurants, bars and tourist areas.

The stay was great, fantastic location, and was very clean. Our only issue with the property was that the primary bedroom lacked blinds or curtains which at night left us feeling exposed.

Sea Esta Suite was the perfect place for our family vacation! Spacious for our group of 5. Amazing location close to everything! This unit is located close to the pool which was perfect! The condo building is very safe and secure and we had free garage parking which was very convenient for our rented golf cart. They even offered a free ride to and from the airport!! Highly recommend!!

At check in, It was a little difficult to navigate through the complex but once we found the unit, it was smooth sailing. Clean, spacious and literally near everything. Community pool came in very handy on those hot sunny days too. Highly recommend.

The property was spotless, had every amenity we could want, and was in an amazing location. Half a block to Duvall, a Circle K on the corner for convenience, on property food and coffee shop, and a half a block to the free Duval Loop shuttle. Communication was great. They provided transportation to and from the airport, which was a very nice amenity. The beds were super comfortable, including the sofa bed.

Great VRBO! Perfect amount of space for 4 of us with our own en suite bathrooms. It’s in a great location right across from a bike rental on Duval. Quick bike ride to either side of the island, convenient to everything. Hosts were super quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our arrival and departure time. Will stay here again!

We had a little bit of trouble finding the townhouse. We were able to find the address very easily but the actual entry to the townhouse was a bit tricky as it is tucked away in a commercial development. Once we found the place, everything was a breeze from there and we had a great adult vacation.

Easy access to everything. Quiet for sleeping would stay again.
