Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was very tidy. Everything was in working order. The view from all the decks over the basin was so nice. My son had his kayak out days and evenings. Vacasa was easy to rent from as always.

I would so recommend this to any family that is looking for great family time and doesn't require all the glitz and glamor. I will return

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was a lad older but was still amazing. It sits off the lagoon in Avon and is right of highway 12. The kids loved the Dairy Queen being a short walk from the house, we went almost every night. The storage closet had some beach chairs and stuff to use that helped with trips out to the ocean. We rented some kayaks for the week and had a blast paddling around the lagoon and out onto the sound for sunsets. Highly recommend this house for smaller families!
