The comfortable living area has a cable and streaming-enabled TV, so pop up the pop-corn and have a fun movie night. Snuggle up in the glow of the gas fireplace on those chillier nights or enjoy the screened back patio for relaxing or socializing.
The second-floor of this home has an ample landing with a desk and chair in case you need to address some remote work or schooling. This floor also has the primary bedroom with en suite bath and a private sundeck. The other two bedrooms are also located on this floor.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Close proximity to the fitness center, several pool and tennis center. House has everything we needed and nice labels on kitchen cabinets.
The community is beautiful. The house is nestled nicely in a private setting. My concern is that the house has mold. Upon entering the house a slight mold odor was noticeable. The house has a sunroom which is unusable because of a strong mold odor which seeps into the queen bedroom upstairs. The master bath has the same smell. I am disappointed that I paid as much as I did for a weekend that had this issue. I reported this to the Vacasa office, but I did not get a response. I would like a refund.
This is a very nice house. Very comfortable with plenty of space. It’s well located and within walking distance from the fitness center which has an indoor pool so our kids got to swim in the winter time. Will book again.
House inside was clean but outdated. Sunroom wasn’t used but just happened to look around there was lot of dirt and dead insects near the door! Overall house was comfy!
We loved our stay on Sundial Place. Updated and spacious.
