Cozy Beach Condo 3rd House From Ocean!

Wonderfully relaxing, clean, with all desired amenities. It was great being so close to the beach. And we enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner at Matts Fish Camp on the same street. Quiet neighborhood throughout our 4-night stay, even on weekend. The screened-in porch with a comfortable sofa and table was great. As with many rentals, be prepared to bring your own bedsheets, towels, and paper products. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice place to stay. Super short walk to the beach, pretty centrally located to other attractions. Parking is tight, but we were forewarned about that and it's to be expected in the type of community where we were located.

Wonderful location, great access to beach and truly a nice home. Clean and nicely maintained with a lot of charm.

Our family had a great, comfortable stay! We enjoyed meals and afternoon rests in the lovely screened in porch. The walk was quick and easy down to the private beach area, perfect for our little ones. We would highly recommend this place for a family with children and can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future!

Best weekend ever! Beautiful place, excellent location, the most beautiful beach steps away. The water was perfect, we saw pelicans, countless dolphins & the most magnificent WHALE! Sunsets and sunrises that took our breathe away & great meals and drinks at Matt’s Fish Camp. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Beds could've been cleaner. Stains on mattress cover otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Would definitely recommend to others! Had a great time, owner is very responsive. The porch is screened in which is so nice to enjoy sitting outside and but not have to deal with bugs. Has a full shower outside, super helpful for coming off the beach.

Convenient local

This clean, cozy, convenient beach condo was perfect for our little family for a long weekend. We appreciated contactless check in, having a fully stocked kitchen, the screened-in porch for rainy days, parking and close beach access. We hope to stay again!

Really nice place, comfy furniture. Enjoyed the place immensely - close to the beach, screened in porch. Only issue, no cleaning supplies - no trash bags, no paper towels or toilet paper, no dish washer pods/liquid.

This is a little gem of a place - cosy and comfortable.There is a nice touch of humor and pleasant decorations.I recommend this place to anyone trying a get a peaceful stay at the beach!

Our family of 4 stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and could not have had a better time. Extremely close to a private beach so the kids could walk back and forth. Within a short drive to several key locations and the place was perfect for us. The neighbors were nice as well. The whole area had a fantastic community feel to it. Definitely planning to book again in the future. Thank you!

The area was perfect and overall the stay was great. I didn’t see that you had to bring your own towels, linen, toilet paper and soaps. It appears others left items there to help but we had to make a run to the store after a long travel. I went to message the owner then that’s when I saw the info in the message about bring those items. Also the code to get the key has an extra number which was confusing. The cleaning person showed up at 10am when it stated 11am was checkout.. as a whole it was a good stay just some bugs to get figured out

I had a wonderful long weekend at Flip Flop Fun! The location so close to the beach is wonderful, and just a short drive to the Boardwalk too. The condo had everything you needed for a relaxing and restful vacation! Thank you!

Everything about the condo was great. Beach right down the street only got to enjoy 2 days because of the weather but it was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy chilly sunrise walks and late afternoon birding. We also loved having a fantastic seafood restaurant within walking distance, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at home. The condo was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only minor downside was some noise from the upstairs neighbor, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great Valentine's weekend stay at this home in Bethany. Perfect location as it is close to the private beach and to Rehobeth area.The owners were quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely recommend this condo. It is perfect size for a couple or faily of 4-5. responded

This is an awesome rental! It is very clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked and very well taken care of. The Green Dolphin an easy and short walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee in the morning and for lunch and dinner. We loved this rental and hope to stay there again!

Myself, husband and 2 daughters (ages 10 & 13) had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. Super close walk to the beach, very clean and plenty of space for us. We loved the screened in porch and all of the furniture was very comfortable. Such a pretty beach house too and we lived all the books to hang our belongings. We had the perfect beach vacation with the help of Flip Flop Fun condo! It’s literally 3 houses from the beach! The beach is absolute perfection! Clean, quiet, family friendly, and easy to access. We met so many lovely families that were doing the same thing we were doing…family beach vacation! Petiole were respectful of other families! We brought along our bikes and rode into Bethany multiple times from the condo. It’s an easy 3 miles and takes about 20 minutes! The boardwalk is so nice for little sand the restaurants were great! It’s also a quick drive up to Rehoboth Beach, which has an amazing boardwalk and restaurants for kids! This was our first time to Bethany Beach and we will definitely be returning with extended family next year! The condo was perfect for a small family! We were out and about or at the beach for the majority of the time, which meant that we just needed a safe place to leave our things, cook, shower and sleep! The kitchen was fully furnished, screened in porch was a luxury, and again..the location to the beautiful beach! We even took flashlights and went crabbing at night! It’s super safe and very family friendly! I highly recommend Flip Flop Fun for your next stay!

We loved the quiet neighborhood and especially enjoyed using the screened-in front porch for much of our stay. The kitchen held literally everything you may need. Although we were only 2 vacationers, there’s plenty of room here for at least a family of four, and the 2-minute walk to easy-access beach was great. Chris responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We will most certainly be back!

The place was clean, well appointed (Coffee filters, paper products, etc) and obviously can't beat the location, with walk on/walk off to the large private beach, and gourmet dining at the top of the street. You could realistically park when you arrive, and not get back into your car until you leave. Owner was communicative and obviously took pride in her unit.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect! It is walking distance to the beach, close to the drive on beach, and walking distance to a great restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed time on the screened in porch! We will be back in the future!
