Stayed Aug 10, 2024The overall stay was great.. location was so close to beach and boardwalk.. I loved being able to walk to beach and no parking fee….the owner of property was amazing and so easy to communicate with.. the only issue was the housecleaning staff did not clean mattress covers or blankets on bed which I washed myself but again overall very satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!!! Definitely my new rental property go to!!!!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We go to Sea Colony every year. This unit is particularly well suited for our needs (family with young children). It is walking distance to Love Pool, the beach and the Marketplace. The kitchen was newly renovated. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. Please note, they have a Keurig, so bring your K-Cups if you're a coffee drinker.
