Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a nice stay but there were a few things that needed fixing. Bathroom door was broken and oven needed to be cleaned.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean home with updated decor. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The home had “extra” nice touches such as a mini bar and high-end kitchen gadgets. Would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a clean and spacious home in Sea Colony.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean and close to Sea Colony pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Tram was super convenient to take which was right outside of the house. Bonus: well stocked kitchen and access to boogie boards.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a really great property. It was clean, and there was plenty of room for four adults and two kids. My daughter and I walked to and from the beach and pools everyday while the rest of our crew took the tram. We didn’t know the tram didn’t stop at the tram stop on our side of the street after 6pm. We waited for a half hour the first night. But a woman who lived nearby told us to get on by the tennis court across the street. No issues after that. I’m glad I brought extra towels/wash cloths because there wouldn’t have been enough clean ones for a Wednesday-Sunday stay without them. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. Overall, it was a great stay. Very safe.
