Escape to Sea Colony's Tennis Community in this updated two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath end townhome! In addition to the rear screened porch (with new furniture) and the side patio, this resort retreat's first floor features a living and dining area, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and a half-bathroom, while the top floor is home to a spacious landing (with a new loveseat), a full hallway bathroom, and all three bedrooms, including the master suite with its private sundeck (with new furniture too). Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer are also provided. There are three TVs, a DVD player, and WiFi as well. Guests can also make use of a one-car garage, a water softener, and a kitchen faucet with a water purifier.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was an excellent rental. Very clean, well stocked, beautifully appointed. I literally do not have one thing to complain about. I would definitely stay here again.
