    Spacious and nicely furnished townhome with garage. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you can think of. Excellent location across from splash pad and pool. One note: It appears the owners have a dog and used the unit prior to our stay. My brother-in-law who is highly allergic to dogs had a bad reaction when he came for a visit.

    We have been coming to Sea Colony for many years and this property has by far surpassed any previous property we stayed in. The use of the garage was a bonus to store our bikes. The house was spacious with very large bedrooms. I highly recommend this property.

    The condo was a nice size, three bedrooms, and the location to the new splash pad, pool and hot tub was great. It was a little dark as outside light was a bit limited.

    We spent our whole vacation trying to settle an issue of a bug infestation. No resolutions met offered a refund after 6 days of calling to fix the issue that was less than the fees they charge to take care of the unsolved problem. We were given the whole runaround where so and so will contact promises of traps and getting sprayed and some problem solving and none of which ever happened I will never use vrbo again …not that I’ve ever had to solve a problem elsewhere but I have always experienced way better customer care. Also if it’s not the owner and it’s another rental manager absolutely do not do it!!!! Hoping to have some kind of something figured out soon still waiting!
