Stayed May 31, 2025We loved the house and Sea Colony’s property. The house was a great size for 3 families. It was well appointed with everything you would need. It was next to a tram stop which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022The unit was certainly spacious and bright. The side yard is great for yard games and is close to the aquatic center. However, the housekeeping is a bit underwhelming. Had to call them back to clean out kitchen sink and to provide more pillow cases. There was stuff found in corners in bathrooms and under furniture, so a cursory clean was what was given. The unit itself is okay.. feel it has been rented a lot so had that lived in feel with walls needing cleaning. But.. Sea Colony is great.. and we all thought this vaca was our best one yet.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful and comfortable home for the 9 of us. We loved the amenities at Sea Colony. The yard and trees were a bonus! Loved the sun porch as well! Had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Aug 15, 2020This is our 11th year at Sea Colony and our first time in this unit. Love the layout of this unit - plenty of space for everyone. Great location - very close to shuttle, pool and fitness center. Will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future.
