    Beautiful condo with lots of space. Short walking distances to the gym, pool, or tram stop. Garage access was perfect to store the beach wagon, and dry out wet clothing. This property is a hidden gem in Sea Colony. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys the beach during the day, but wants relax and take it easy in the evening.

    We love vw the set up of this unit. Three bedroom oms plus a lift area gave our kids their own space. Three outdoor sitting areas, attached garage and laundry on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms were all convenient amenities for our stay.

    We enjoyed staying in the place for the weekend and nothing major wrong with it. The garage door opener wouldn’t work but Vacasa offered to come right out to fix it. The decks were covered in leaves and could really use a good cleaning. Ice maker doesn’t work. And the place could use a deep cleaning- fans cleaned of bugs, etc. Otherwise very spacious and the bikes in the garage were a nice bonus.

    The townhouse was tucked away from high traffic which is good when you have little ones. It is a sturdy townhome with lots of ceiling fans. The beds need improvement.

    The location of this property is great for families. Lots of pools, tennis and beach access - it's very resort-like. Vacasa manages the property very well - easy to access a human and they help you right away which was GREAT! The actual property needs some TLC. It really needs a functional toaster, vaccuum, sharp knives, grill, broom, and a decent coffee maker. It could also use a deep cleaning, as it appears that the cleaning crew only wipes surfaces and uses the vacuum that doesn't work well. The owners do provide a lot of bikes for the renters which was very nice and helpful.

    We loved the house , the decor, the cute porches. The parking was the only thing we wish was explained better. Lucky for us a neighbor showed us where we could park our second car so we didn’t get a ticket.
