THINGS TO KNOW
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Our second time in this house and it was even better than last year! The renovations really make the house special. We love the location, downstairs washer/dryer and refrigerator really add to the convenience. New blinds in bedroom windows keep that early morning sun out so sleeping in is possible-if the kiddos allow!! Looking 2026 already!

    Fabulous location, short walk to beach and pools. Access to Sea Colony amenities and facilities was a huge plus. House itself is great size but feels worn and dated and needs to be refreshed.

    It was a lovely home, very spacious and stocked with dishes, pots and pans, gas grill, plenty of room for our family group of 8, could have accomodated even more. etc

    What a beautiful house with such a convenient location! The house was even nicer than the pictures! It had plenty of space to spread out, but also be all together too! Easy walking distance to the beach! We hope to come back again!

    Lovely home at Sea Colony. Home was very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 11. Home was well equipped. Could use plastic ware for leftovers. Location of home was great, walkable to beach, pool and marketplace with restaurants and shops. We would definitely book again.

    Luxury home in ideal location with great amenities. However, house was not cleaned as well as it should have been. I'm certain owner was not aware of need for minor repairs. Kitchen cabinet pull was missing, curtain valance in master bedroom was broken, lock to door from master to deck was broken, ornamental hooks on stairway wall had fallen down.
