This home is pet-friendly, allowing one small dog (under 50 lbs) with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet after booking.



A minimum 30-day stay is required per HOA guidelines. Guests must complete a short application, including a $21 fee. DocuSign paperwork is sent approximately 30–45 days prior to arrival for HOA approval.

    Overall we had a very nice stay here! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking & it was clean & spacious. A short walk to the beach, very convenient & down the road from a Publix & Washington Oaks Park. Improvements could be made: The couch was very uncomfortable, soft & saggy. Our biggest complaint was that the lanai was unusable! The photos show an A/C unit but it wasn't working & with the temperature close to 100 F when we were there, it was impossible to sit out there-too bad as it's a lovely space. The fan they have out there is useless against the heat & humidity. :( Property manager excellent! Very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher & overall stayed in touch well.
