Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sea colony in Brandywine 2FB. The place was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect week at Bethany!The only two things that really stood out as problematic was that there was no apparent elevator to get to this unit on the 2nd floor, so we had to lug everything from our bin up and down a flight upon arrival and departure. This was not communicated in advance. Similarly, when we went down to the beach each day, we had to pick up our beach pulley/trolley up and down two flights of stairs to access the beach. There was also a loud noise coming from the HVAC unit that sounded many times each night in the Master bedroom. Even so, 5stars.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This is our second time staying at 2FB and we love it! It’s so clean, the beds and sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. And best of all, the view is phenomenal! We had the best week and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We have been staying at Sea Colony for over 7 years and this unit was by far our favorite - I hope to book it again for next year as soon as we lock in a date! It was so clean, the decor was lovely, the beds comfy, nice and cold AC, the kitchen was well equipped and the view can’t be beat! We traveled with our two children (ages 6&3) and they loved it so much too!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home looked exactly as pictured. It was a very comfortable stay and, in our opinion, an ideal location. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn't working. With a family of four adults and the cost of a week's rental, this was more than a small inconvenience. With several calls and emails made, the response from Vacasa was disregardful; we never did hear back from the Owner Relations Manager. As the owner, I would be dismayed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been staying in Sea Colony for 5 years and this has been our favorite place!! The place was SO CLEAN!!!! The view is magnificent and the rocking chairs on the deck were such an added delight to enjoy the view. We are so happy we picked 2F this year and we will continue to come back! :)
