Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house itself was very nice. The pool and hot tub were also very nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and appliances.. It has everything you need, if you like to cook!! However, we did encounter a few issues.. The shower lining’s in all the bathrooms needed to be replaced, some had mold. Tubs needed cleaning!! Vents had dirt and dust coming out! Microwave door was damaged but it was still functional. One of the sofas, need to be replaced!! It is badly stained! There was sand in the hot tub, pool and the outdoor staircase. There was also sand in a few of the beds and drawers! Management responded immediately. They sent cleaning personnel at 8pm. The bathrooms were cleaned, and all liners were replaced. The vents were also cleaned! My Family and I, cleaned up everything else. Management needs to be more on top of the cleaning staff! There is a need for quality control!! All that said, I would book here again!! The house and location are very nice..

The house had a good location with a view of the ocean from the 2 front porches. House could use a little updating. There weee a few empty cans left out by the pool. Overall an great week with family!

Overall visit was great. Had a few concerns and management company addressed them immediately. We would stay again.

Very close to beach and walking distance to restaurants

Our second time staying here and did not disappoint, place stays always clean, we love the location, house rules a very clear, some people think is to much, but I think is fair, everyone needs to respect the house and I love that owners keep up with the main6..we would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed staying at this duplex style home. I loved the open living room/dining room area. We had plenty of room to sit and talk to each other and enjoy the grandbaby!

Sea Chique was a great house located a half block from the beach. The pool and hot tub in the backyard was a big hit also. The house was spacious enough for our 3 families to enjoy without feeling cramped. The only negative would be the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Perfect place for a vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beach house and overall we were very please with our experience. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of good-sized rooms that easily accommodated our entire family. The pool was the perfect size for us to enjoy after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was cute, quite and family-friendly. Being one block from the beach was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the house is within walking distance to Surfside Pier, which was great for evening strolls. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The WIFI internet connection was very poor, which was frustrating as we had hoped to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the hot tub jets did not work, which was a bit disappointing since we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beach house for families looking for a comfortable and convenient beachside retreat.
