Sea Breeze: Dog-friendly, ocean views, private pool, hot tub, & fireplace

Loved spending the time with my family! Location was excellent. Screen porch was lovely. Main living area was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, but not much extra room for food, etc. Wished that the pool was serviced through the week. It was very windy while we were there and a lot of sand accumulated in the pool. Outdoor furniture was not very comfortable.

Just want to come back

We spent a week at Sea Breeze during a recent heatwave with a group of six adults, one child, and one dog - the layout worked well allowing for everyone to have their own space. The house stayed cool with an 100+ degree heat index and we never had any issues with the AC unit keeping up. Location is fantastic - you can walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. House was very clean when we arrived. The pool was not great - always seemed dirty - but it was swimmable if you did not mind the bugs. Views were lovely from the third floor and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for family dinners and gatherings. We would rent the house again and recommend to others looking for comfort and easy access to the beach.

The location was great for us. Walking distance to coffee and super-fast to the beach. We could bike to the grocery store as well. The house could use some love and attention. The kitchen was not fully stocked with trash bags, dish towels, potholders or a drainer. There were not enough towels either, which seemed weird. And the house could use some regular maintenance and a deep clean. We had some current and former cleaning company owners in our group so we cleaned but we should not have to.

The location is great and the anmenities are outstanding. Perfect location

Love the location and not having neighbors

Wonderful property for a family - our kids really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to beaches/restaurants/stores/etc. Extremely comfortable and clean. We hope to book again in summers to come!

Loved the house and location.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. Pros - Clean. Pool table. Hot tub (they change the water between every guest stay). Cons - we didn't get lucky with weather so we wanted to get the fireplace going to add to atmosphere since we had to stay indoors. I don't think it was working and I contacted Vacasa who said they'd look into it but never heard back. We did have an appliance repairman come to fix the refrigerator and ice maker which we had no problems with so maybe there was a mix up. Not a big deal and we would definitely stay here again.
