Description

Large detached house surrounded by greenery and tranquility, in a very convenient hamlet for road connections (1km from the A12 motorway exit) just 10 minutes from the sea. Large bedroom with double bed and equipped wardrobe, second bedroom with two beds in a newly renovated room. Bathroom with shower and bidet, living room dining room with satellite TV and fireplace. Complete kitchen and electric ovens (traditional and microwave) and, if desired, also with wood. Washing machine. Outside there is a large lawn (equipped with deck chairs, tables and a small swimming pool 3 meters in diameter), barbeque and behind the wood house. Parking inside the property. From here in less than an hour you can reach Genoa and Pisa and Lucca and in less than two you can easily reach Florence, Parma, Modena Maranello and Milan. The entire Ligurian Riviera di Levante between the Paradiso gulf, the Tigullio gulf and the Cinque Terre is available to be visited or to make unforgettable bathing experiences. The famous resorts of Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Rapallo, Zoagli, Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Riva Trigoso, Moneglia, Deiva Marina, Bonassola, Framura and Levanto to the west while to the east it starts from Monterosso Manarola Vernazza Corniglia Riomaggiore ( the villages of the Cinque Terre) to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with Portovenere, Lerici, Fiascherino, Tellaro and then go to Versilia where Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are the top locations. For bicycle lovers the house is located a few hundred meters from the road of the Passo del Bracco and you can retrace stretches of stages of the 'Giro d'Italia' and there are many paths for mountain bikes, while, for 'cyclists on Sunday ', the extraordinary track that from Levanto leads to Framura passing from Bonassola, all in a protected location (without a car), and perfectly flat is within the reach of all adults and children !!.You can experience rafting in the river (5km) and surfing in the sea in Levanto, horseback riding in the Val di Vara and by boat in the seaside resorts.

We loved everything about this lovely home from home. The location was perfect and so peaceful, the host met us nearby and explained everything fully. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with a nice wine, being entertained by the fireflies. I wish we had stayed longer, it was heartbreaking to leave. Highly recommend this magical place.

Fair price, perfect quiet place, spacious house, private and central place to visit Cinque Terre and surrounding. Very warm welcome on location by the family. Points of attention which you have to consider are good, but hard beds downstairs and staircase upstairs is steep. But we have had a perfect time and really can recommend this house.
