SDSU Beach Cottage (San Diego State University)

Welcome to our stunning SDSU Beach Cottage. Our home is 10 minutes away from everything amazing in San Diego! Our home is Centrally located in San Diego and in a safe and desirable neighborhood. We are steps away from a Local favorite Eatery, Wine Bar, Beer Pub, Natural-Holistic Community Market, Taco Shop, Liquor Store, Einstein's Bagels, and Pizza shop. Play in San Diego or stay and relax in our tropical yard that is set up to entertain you and your family with outside games and Ping Pong.<br>
The house has a quaint and comfy beach cottage feel. It has 2 Master Suites, a Kids room with a Full size bunk bed and a twin trundle. It has a DETACHED bonus room that has 2 couches that fold out to twin beds. We have also provided 2 twin foam movable beds, in case children want to sleep closer to Mom and Dad. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bathroom. It has a quadruple Reverse Osmosis drinking water system installed in the kitchen, 4-6 Car driveway, 15 lb dog or smaller allowed and MUST use its private dog run. Brand new comfortable beds with Down Pillows and Faux Down Pillows. USB permanent outlets are installed in the kitchen. The house will have Corn hole, glow in the dark lawn darts, 4 in a row, Ping Pong, and other grass games. The back yard is strung with lights to create an illuminated evening ambiance with a 6 person table set and a patio furniture set.

Our Neighborhood (Del Cerro) is a beloved Jewel hidden in the city of San Diego. We are centrally located, a minute off the freeway and 10-15 minuets from most major attractions in San Diego. We are near SDSU, several breweries, a local wine tasting room, Malls, Downtown La Mesa, Beaumont Park, Liberty Station, Balboa Park, old Town, Costco, Beach, SDSU, Sea World, Downtown, Sea Port Village, Cowles Mountain, Lake Murray, Mission Trails Regional Park, Concert Venues, and easy access to 2 Trolley stations.
