It was a perfect place for a weekend together with our three adult daughters. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well stocked. And the porches! Oh, the beautiful porches! They were our favorite place to hang out, especially the back porch with the bed swing! Joy was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process!We would definitely choose to come back to Chatham Charm again in the future!

It is difficult to review our stay as we ended up with an unforeseen complication with the house upon arrival. Chatham Charm is beautiful and the 3 screened porches were a hit with my 4-year old grandson. It is a great location in regards to the beach on the intracoastal, which we term Little Tybee. Unfortunately we had to be relocated to a different rental. Joy was very responsive about finding one in less than 24-hours. We appreciate her attentiveness to the situation. While we ended up further from the beach, the second rental, Blue Moon Cottage, was clean, the beds very comfortable and the decor adorable. Tybee has been a beach vacation spot for us over the years and we will be back.

Property was great and so close to beach! The house was big and lots of space for the perfect girls weekend!

The beautifully furnished screen porches to hang out on were an hit. Our family especially loved the twin bed swing on the back porch.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! 3 minutes to walk to west beach or south beach. 5 minutes to walk to mid beach by shops, restaurants, longest pier & main grocery store. House is so beautiful inside and out! The only problems we're minor: ripped screens, a little trash in the yard, and the porch floors were really dirty. But we still loved the three giant screened in porches with the swings. I was grateful to use the washer and dryer a few times so we always had clean beach towels and swimsuits.

We absolutely loved this house and area. The house is beautiful and clean, right next to the beach, lots of space and the decks are the best!!! We went with two toddlers and all had a great vacation. You also can’t have a better location, and Joy the property manager was excellent with communication when needed. Highly highly recommend!
