Screened Porch! Lakefront Gem in Boyd's Branch Bay

the underside of the range hood was just not dirty, it was filthy. We had planned on cooking some of our foot, but after seeing that there was no way. The refridgerator was clean but the freeer was not. We will probably come back to the lake, but will never stay in this cabin again.

Beautiful property and lake. Very cozy cabin. Great place to relax and watch nature, and good home base for enjoying Kentucky Lake. Owner great to work with and cared that we had what we needed and a great stay. Home well-appointed, plenty of towels, cookware, supplies, and cooking needs.4 kayaks for use in the beautiful bay right down the back steps. Thank you for a wonderful stay Bucky!

We loved this cabin. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. We had visitors of a flock of ducks every morning and even deer came right up to the screened porch. Fishing off the dock was good fire pit at night. The cabin is stocked with everything you might need. Bucky the host was super nice. Even called me the morning we were to check in to say the cabin was ready and we could come early. Definitely will be back.

We absolutely loved this rustic cabin. It was so comfortable and welcoming. Loved waking up overlooking the lake. The dock was excellent for fishing, caught a few species. Would highly recommend this awesome cabin.

Lots of fishing, and relaxing. Excellent place to stay and enjoy the lake. I gave it four stars because the dock is missing a few boards.

We had a great time fishing and just relaxing. Area and property are beautiful and quiet. Didn’t hear a vehicle except for neighbors hooking up their boats. Lots of nature to enjoy. So many birds, frogs, and of course fish. Hummingbirds came to visit the feeders. Owner was helpful, knowledgeable, and just generally nice. We’ll be back.

It was absolutely beautiful. The house was beautiful and cozy. It has everything you needed plus more. The view was gorgeous and relaxing. The owner was so kind and family oriented. She even brought me homemade jelly on Christmas Eve. The pictures wasn't even close to how beautiful it really was. I'm going back next year to try the fishing. You can't find a place for the price any better.

Clean, neat, quite,very relaxing

Bucky was the kindest man you every meet. Willing to help you with anything. The house was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. The screened in porch provides beautiful views. Can't wait to go back! Thank you for the wonderful stay

The house was clean, especially the floors and bathroom, which means a lot to me. They have fire tv and wifi. Our favorite place to be was the porch. It had a view of the water and there's plenty of wildlife, including 2 really playful squirrels, deer, and lots of birds. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We did spend some time on the dock which I do believe is safe for the time being, but I really think could use some repairs.

It's a great little cabin with a big yard. It's on the rustic side and more of an experience, but it does suit your basic needs. Its location on the lake is excellent and the neighbors are nice if you're nice. The house keeper does a great job keeping things in order and we were met with a bag a veggies from his garden. It's a simple old cabin with a lot of history.
