Screened Pool/ spa, Outdoor Kitchen W/ TV's!

Overall we had a great stay. The property was very clean. We were disappointed with the heating of the hot tub, we expected a hot tub that was hot 24/7 and this was not the case. The host was very responsive to our messages and disappointed and worked with us to the best of their ability. If the hot tub could be hot and used 24/7 during the stay we’d definitely book again if looking to stay in that area.

The outside living area was excellent. The pool /spa would be great during warmer weather. The pool and spa share one heater and only one could be heated at a time. So if the pool was heating , the spa could not be used or if the spa was heating, the pool would then get chilled. The house was very clean. Slept all eight of us easily. The neighborhood was quiet. Grocery stores are easily accessible. The host was readily accessible and handled things quickly.

This house is beautiful inside and out. We had 2 families staying at this house, the men really loved the outdoor grilling area and the kids of course loved the pool and spa tub. The location was great, close to the grocery and liquor store. Definitely would recommend this house for any family out there looking for a sunny vacation spot.

Great house, beautiful pool and jacuzzi . Unfortunately heater didn’t work and water was very cold. I didnt like the fact that needed to call the property for everything such as: turning the jacuzzi on, turning the pool lights, etc. Also A/C had a note not to go under 74F, so somewhat hot for us that like colder temperature at night. After 9pm cannot use the pool did not like that and no noise outside after 9pm although there were no neighbors. Furniture was on the older side , sofa was peeling in many places and many outlets didnt work in the kitchen. Nice home but needs updates. Company was very responsive, owner refunded our late extra pay checkout since pool heater didnt work. Overall it was an ok experience.

Overall, the house was great. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The house was clean upon arrival and kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking inside and out. We LOVED cooking meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor TVs. The Smart TVs were great, but did not have “regular channels” like the news. Few notes for those with younger kids, if you are utilizing the pack n play on property note it is a playpen shape vs a rectangular one. We had brought our own sheet but it didn’t fit. The pool set up was great, but our kids (4 and 1) spent most of the time in the hot tub as the pool was too chilly.

House was great and outdoor space was amazing!

This house was a fantastic rental for 3 couples to stay and relax in for a vacation away from the cold! The host answered our texts immediately and the owner checked in a few times as well. The house was clean and smelled good. The backyard has a fun atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. It would also be great for families with kids.
