Screened lanai with pool table, TV, bar-height table for 3 and string lights. Large, fully fenced backyard with gas grill. Front porch seating. Note: there is a pool table, not a swimming pool.

TRAVELING WITH KIDS
Pack 'n Play (with sheets), high chair, kids' tableware and board games are always at the house.

PETS
Up to 2 pets welcome, $129 fee per pet. Please keep pets off the beds and don't leave them alone in the home. Ponce Inlet Dog Beach and Reed Canal Dog Park are nearby.

BEACH DAYS
Beach gear provided: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

PARKING & ACCESS
1-car garage plus driveway parking for up to 3 more vehicles. Self check-in with keypad. Washer and dryer inside the home.

GOOD TO KNOW
- The lanai is screened but not air-conditioned.
- One closet is locked for cleaning supplies.
- Exterior video doorbell at the front entrance; no cameras inside the home.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet South Daytona street about 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the Riverfront and 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway. Publix at Sunshine Park Shopping Center is close by, and Melodie Park and Reed Canal Park are great for kids and pups.
