Scottsdale's *NEWEST* Rental Where Every Hour is Happy Hour!!

We had a beautiful stay at this home. The house set up was perfect for a family. All on one floor, with 2 living spaces, and each with their own TVs. Pool was a big plus. Even though it was cooler out we found it lots warm. Communication was 5 star. Only complaint would be that inside oven hadn’t looked to be cleaned in a while, and coffee maker wasn’t cleaned. As it still had old filter with coffee in it. This said, we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Clean, spacious, great pool and outdoor space. Looking forward to staying again.

Our family met there from three locations to stay together for my nephews wedding. Having a king bed in three bedrooms meant all three couples got the same type bed. The two twins worked for the grandkids. There are many sitting areas but the large kitchen island was our favorite place to visit. The pool area also had many places to sit do you could follow the sun! There is only one bathroom for three bedrooms but our ladies managed to make it work. The master bathroom is huge with a beautiful shower and walk in closet. The house worked out perfectly for us. You can get to Old Town in fifteen minutes as well as many hiking areas. Our family enjoyed being together in a house verses multiple hotel rooms.

This property exceeded our expectations - it was clean, organized, and was beautiful. The pictures don’t even do justice of how lovely it is. It was perfect for our girls weekend and I’m so happy we went with this spot. Ubers were reasonably priced and the neighborhood was lovely, too!

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Owner was very accommodating. Home close to the car show, shopping and restaurants.

I am 2 months late in posting this review. We stayed at the Happy Hour House early November. It was a group of 5 adults and an infant. This is by far our favorite rental we have done. The house’s layout was perfect, ample space for everyone, including our toddler to roam around. The pool in the backyard was great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We rented this home for the pool as we love to swim. The pool was fantastic, crystal clear water, 40 feet in length, so great for lap swimming. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked as expected.

The interior of the home was clean, decorated well and had a fantastic layout. The backyard is set up to be the perfect oasis and has large neighboring trees to lend privacy. The host communicated well and went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property.
