Stayed Dec 19, 2025Great house with plenty of fun activities. Pretty minimal in terms of stocking kitchen but overall a great place and fantastic location. Green belt is at the end of the block.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a fun girls night for a friend who is moving away. One suggestion..we got in the hot tub and could not turn on the jets because the jets would create a mist and immediately caused all 4 of us to cough and it was hard to breathe. We kept them off. After, speaking to my brother in law (who was a pool specialist for many year's), he said that people usually use a chemical called Bromine in them. And that can not be mixed with chlorine. It is harmful. Our clothes were immediately dyed and we all had to shower because our eyes and skin were burning. We did have fun, just wanted you to be aware. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The house was as advertised. We had everything we needed and everyone had a great time. The neighborhood was really quiet and having the grocery store about a half mile away was incredibly convenient.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025This is a great neighborhood and I loved that there was a Lime scooter right outside the front door across the street — that made getting to and from Old Towne Scottsdale super easy and convenient. When I arrived, there was no ice and the ice maker was not working so I texted management. They had someone over the next day to fix it but, in the meantime, had a bag of ice delivered almost immediately. The backyard fire pit was a huge plus on the colder nights when we sat in the backyard chatting after a soak in the hot tub. The beds were really comfortable and overall, this place is amazing. My ONE complaint: there was no recycling bin available. Seeing other neighbors with recycling bins on the curb made this feel like a miss from the host!
