Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a One ring security camera at front door. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

The pool does not have a safety fence. Always supervise children. We do require 72 hours notice to heat the pool. It is $125/day. Depending on outdoor air temperature, pool temperature can range from 80-83.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance and upkeep of our home. Days and time subject to change. Please reach out with any questions.

We do have a concierge trash service that will take the trash to the street and bring them back the following day.
No pets without prior approval, including service animals, there is a $200 non refundable pet fee.

    Fantastic house with all the comforts of home! The decor is beautiful and the backyard has so many fun touches. The communication with the host was outstanding! There is a very nice walking path with a community lake right around the corner, and all of the shops and restaurants you could dream of are nearby. Thanks for a great stay, my mom, sister, and I enjoyed the bonding time.
