The home was named after our grandson, Milo, who loves to play and explore--which we hope you will reciprocate as well! Our goal is to create a fun, friendly, environment where you can enjoy freedom from your daily cares. We have golf clubs, golf balls, BBQ grill, pool floats & toys, children's life jackets, pack n play, high chair, children's books, toys, and children's dishes available for your use. This retreat is situated perfectly for world class golf, Spring Training Games, dining at the famed restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale's best shopping, hiking, exploring the beautiful sunny desert and so much more. Milo's Hideaway Place hosts 2 eating areas + outdoor dining. You'll love the reclaimed wood beams and ceilings in the entry, living room and kitchen. Prepare to be pampered with comfort in the bedrooms & bathrooms. The fully remodeled, stocked kitchen anticipates your every need., including a reverse osmosis water filtering system. You'll love the white quartz countertops, hexagon tile backsplash, reclaimed wood ceiling and view to the pool. You'll have plenty of internet access with high speed 5G internet at your finger tips along with USB charging stations in every room. Sit back and relax with our 65 smart TV in living room and 50 smart tv in master with streaming capabilities for netflix, hulu., amazon TV and all of your streaming programs. You'll love this newly renovated and furnished home! There will be plenty of entertainment with board games and cards on hand as well. Enjoy your private backyard oasis when you head outside with your own private pool(Not heated), putting green and fire pit. Hang out and relax on the back patio and swing in the hanging chair or enjoy an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table complete with BBQ grill. If you're traveling with the littles, you'll enjoy the safety of the pool fence, as well as pool toys and life jackets. Other things to note The pool guy comes every Wednesday. You will be responsible for taking trash out every Tuesday and Recycle out every Thursday We will do our best to accommodate early check in and late check outs depending on occupancy, The pool is not heated.
