Stayed Jan 8, 2026Had four guys out for a golf trip. Great location. Was too cold to enjoy the nice back yard but the pool table was used each night :) The host was great. Had one minor issue with the A/C (not anyone’s fault) and Ron got it fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Host incredibly responsive friendly accessible helpful. Home well designed comfortable and practical. Very clean and very generously stocked. Backyard beautiful and private, lovely birds frequented the pool fountain, very serene. Incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. Beds very comfortable. Would rent again.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Great house in a wonderful neighborhood, convenient to tons of restaurants and a few minutes from 101 to take you anywhere in Scottsdale and the metro Phoenix area.House is fully stocked with almost anything you might need. Pool is completely delightful. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024The home was beautiful inside and out, very clean and welcoming. The area was super for walking our little pups, quiet and very friendly neighbourhood. Owners of the home kept in touch to make sure everything was perfect on our arrival. Would highly recommend the home and we look forward to staying here in the future. Great Stay!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024House was very comfortable, clean, . Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Beds were very comfortable.. No cleaning service during a month long rental, which would have been nice for the price. Backyard needs some tender care. Grass area was very dry in one area. A lot of leaves from foliage on patio daily and in pool everyday. Great neighborhood for walking . A lot of green belts and close to a variety of very good restaurants. Grocery stores are close too.

Stayed May 4, 2024We had a wonderful time in a great neighborhood of Grayhawk. The location within a short drive to Scottsdale and Hayden road exits off loop 101 is a pro but ist also close to everything, while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was great. All clean, very functional & well stocked with all the things you need to have. Beautiful master and master bath. Excellent yard with a pool. Pool table. Owner was easy to work with, communicated quickly and has been very helpful & supportive with a nice and friendly attitude. The property is well situated for a hassle-free stay. We would come back in the future when ae are in the area.

Stayed Oct 10, 2022My business partner and I typically rent homes for week stays in Scottsdale due to the daily costs of getting 2 rooms at a local resort. After staying at numerous locations, this was my favorite. The Grayhawk neighborhood in N Scottsdale. Only a couple miles north from the Scottsdale and Hayden exits off loop 101. So close to everything, while staying in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was great. Very clean. Functional. Beautiful master and master bath. Great yard with a pool. Pool table. Manager was phenomenal to work with. So proactive. Communicated quickly and with such a spirit to serve. Other houses in this area are literally 3-4 times more expensive. This place is a gem.
