Scottsdale Grayhawk entire house with Private Pool, Sunroom, Office

Everything about the home was amazing — the room sizes, the decor, the landscaping, and the pool was sparkling clean. Wonderful time here…we will be back!

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon 4:30. Upon arriving at the house we found a number of issues that my wife tried to contact the management company about but was not very successful. She left a number of messages but didn't get a response.The dishwasher lower rack was missing one of the wheel sets which made the rack difficult to move in and out and put it in close proximity with the rotating spray bar making it in our opinion unsafe to use. The management company could not get it fixed in the two weeks we were at the house. We hand washed and dried everything during our stay. There was no way to light the grill until we bought a propane lighter at a local store on Saturday. The pool area needed cleaning which we did ourselves.There was one tissue in the only box of tissues in the house. We bought some on Saturday.One face towel in the master bath for two people to use for our two week stay.Power strip in the lanai was causing the GFI outlet to pop when we tried to turn on the light stings and TV in the lanai.No code or garage door opener for the property.The management company addressed the tissues and towels on Monday when they finally contacted us. I told them that I felt there was a lack of pre move in inspection by their representative because all of the above should have been found and fixed by the inspector or the management company prior to our arrival.The property itself was very nice and the kitchen was completely stocked.

Upside, great location. Downside we had to pay 95 a day for a heated pool that was heated to 95 degrees. Too hot! Then the pool was turned completely off. No pump, or sweep or heat. The rollers were broken on the dishwasher & you cant use the garbage disposal. Then the sprinkler head broke in the backyard flooding. the sitting area. Since we were only there a week nothing could be fixed before we left. We also pointed out the broken towel rack in the guest bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed except a pool that didnt work well. Very misleading.

!st, I loved this place. Small, paerfect for a couple. The location is perfect to access the Kierland shopping, Whole Foods, Tommy Bahama store/restaurant, golfing and more. however...You need to stop listing the BBQ in the screened in porch. Its not usable. Had your repair person come by at my request. The unit needs a complete refurbash or replacement. It's unusable. Also the Fire pit Tbl? Needs instructions. Again, not usable without instructions. The avg person will not be able to figure it out.Also plz list the 2 steps into and out of the main living area. This may be a problem for some. Did not use pool as it is unheated unless a daily charge is incurred. Still, I would rent again, but don't expect to have a BBQ with friends unless unit is replaced.

Nice property

The house is what we were looking for — two beds and two bathrooms. Nice accommodations.

Garden home fit our needs - we enjoyed the cozy outdoor spaces. Home was very clean and in a great location - close to Mayo, shopping and restaurants.

The home was in a great location. It was very neat, clean and well equipped. One thing that would have made it even better is couple of lounge chairs by the pool as some guests suggested. But it was very nice. I would def stay there in the future.

The house is in excellent condition and all the amenities you can think of are provided. We were very comfortable in the house, and it’s located in a private neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed in this property for nearly two weeks. What a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Its location is in a quiet neighborhood near scenic views, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, and more. We would absolutely stay here again. If I could suggest any room for improvement, it would be the following: 1. The early check-in or late check-out came across as unnecessarily steep. It gave the impression of prioritizing profit over guest experience, which was unfortunate given the otherwise nice accommodation. 2. The master bedroom, while very comfortable, gets a lot of daylight very early in the morning. This is due to the attached master bathroom having a large uncovered glass block window, and a barn door several feet shorter than the door frame that allows light through. Possibly adding a curtain on the bathroom window could help block some of this daylight? 3. We spent a lot of time at the lovely pool, and felt the only thing that could have possibly made it any better would be to add a few lounge chairs outdoors. All of these are mere suggestions to improve upon an already great place, and certainly would not stop us from visiting this property again!

Quick trip to Scottsdale- great location ! Patio is a little small but we were out golfing and doing stuff around so didn’t matter.

Everything was perfect with our stay! Will definitely be a repeat guest.

The property was very nice and had a super convenient location. The only thing I would say is there should be outdoor furniture in the backyard, especially since it had a pool.
