Stayed Apr 2, 2026We found this home to be spotless and even better than we expected. The oceanfront location is incredible (even on a cold rainy April day). We loved the views from the huge deck and second floor balcony. It was so nice to have so many rooms with queen beds and the upper floor suite is massive! The bathrooms were neat and tidy and we found everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions I had.Note that the home is adjacent to the seawall, I am not sure how/if you are able to access the beach off season from the home. I'd ask the host if interested.It is a nice little walk to the lighthouse and short drive downtown. So cute! We attended events at the Mill Wharf and Barker house and this home was a very short drive to both.

Stayed May 23, 2025Thank you for another wonderful weekend. The house was clean as always and fully stocked with all the essentials. Check in/out is easy. This is such a beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. The views are incredible and the perfect location. 5 min drive to town with a ton of cute restaurants and shops.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We loved our stay at Sandhills! The house was beachy and welcoming with wonderful spaces to spread out and also to congregate with friends and family. Entry was easy and Trish was very helpful and responsive to every question. The deck is spacious with AMAZING views and sounds/smells of the ocean! Exactly what we were hoping for in a home away from home while in town for a wedding. Even with rainy weather we still made the most of the beachfront access and cozy sitting areas with ocean views, anxiety to general store a ross the street and town right down the road was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy and once we found all the towels in the closet downstairs we had most everything we needed! Would love to go back! Thanks!
