Stayed Aug 9, 2025This is a great beach house, well equipped, with pool and hot tub, wonderful ocean views, and convenient beach access. Unfortunately, every day in the early morning hours two rental companies set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach directly in front of the house, monopolizing this part of the beach and forcing us to drag all of our beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) well past the property. We also had a couple of maintenance issues. One involved the bottom of the pool that was literally covered with sand the day that we arrived. We waited two days for the pool to be cleaned as had been promised but finally had to call for maintenance. There was also a door to the pool area that didn't open. A repair man was able to unlock the door but was unable to fix the lock, so the door remained unlocked for the week, which was a concern.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Property was exactly as listed. Wake up to incredible sunrise views right from the back decks. Beach was so close and because it is a private section, never crowded. House had everything we needed. Pool area was clean and had newer chairs and tables. The fenced in grassy area was so amazingly convenient for our dogs! I believe this is a newer addition and really made our stay relaxing not having to walk the dogs multiple times a day to find grassy areas to go potty! Check in process and communication with property management was super easy via the link. I would rebook this property in a heartbeat!
