Stayed Aug 9, 2025The location is perfect! If you wanted you could arrive and not need your car for your entire stay. You can easily walk Lighthouse beach and you can easily walk into Chatham. The house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation on the Cape.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023We had a great weekend stay in Chatham. It was the perfect location with a short walk to restaurants as well as the Lighthouse beach. Hope to be back next season.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021Lovely renovated historic house in walking distance of downtown, Lighthouse Beach and Chatham Bars Inn (definitely head there for lunch with a view!). Spacious, modern conveniences, clean, great yard and basic games for garden/beach chairs etc. highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Located within walking distance of the center of Chatham, Cape Abilities store, and Lighthouse beach. Large modern kitchen, dining and living rooms, spacious private deck, outdoor shower. There is a separate house out back with bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, ideal for in-laws, guests, or adult child.
