Scenic Views, Fire Pit: Texas Hill Country Getaway

Great secluded, tranquil area with beautiful views. The house is very beautiful and accommodating. Great for Girls Trips or family gatherings. Although it is secluded it is close to all the must see areas. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay near summer camp so we could drop off and pick up our day campers, and this fit the bill perfectly. 4 adults and 4 kids fit very comfortably. Very clean and had everything we needed. The game room is in the garage, so gets very warm in the summer months.

This house was absolutely PERFECT! My favorite part about this house was how toddler friendly it was! The house is at the end of a street on 2 acres and it was just so nice to let my kids run freely and have no concerns! The garage is filled with kid friendly games, too! The views of the hill country are breathtaking! We could not speak more highly of this house and the experience we had!!

This is the second time we have stayed here. This place is roomy and comfortable. The last time we stayed it had a jacuzzi hot tub but got rid of it since last year. We didn’t realize it. That was one of the great things about this place. The living room could use better furniture for everyone to be able to sit and hang out but overall it’s a nice place

We particularly chose this rental for the hot tub use as we had teens and a younger child that would have enjoyed that, but unfortunately it was broke. I did ask about the hot tub prior to renting and was told it worked.. it did not work from the start and had been told someone had been there prior servicing it. Other than that house was nice, roomy, location.

Beautiful home, well-stocked, nice neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I can honestly say, I was shocked at how nice this house was. I’ve been to a lot of properties on VRBO, but only 1 other was this quality. The view from atop the hill was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet, low traffic, nice neighbors. It took me a day to get used to the kitchen windows not being covered, but honestly, there’s no one around. The hot initially wasn’t on, but management came right out and had it remedied the very next morning, less than 10hrs overnight. I would recommend again to anyone.

Overall nice ..cleaned where you could see, but dirty in places like when you shut the bathroom door there were dead spiders and a dead fly, behind the garbage can lots of debris. The dryer was full of damp towels. I don't really like folding laundry on vacation, especially when it is not mine.

Three generations of my family gathered from across the country for a wedding in the hill country. We were impressed when we arrived, it looked exactly the same as the photos (sometimes the photos flatter and exceed reality). It is secluded and is very quiet. The kitchen is large, modern and well laid out. We cooked three meals and felt right at home. Also the grill gets plenty hot for searing meat. For us though, the high point was the beds. Comfortable mattresses. We all slept so well. The sheets, pillows and bedding were high quality and enhanced our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who asks.
