The host was outstanding. She answered any questions we had and responded quickly. The home was just as described. It was great for our large family late Christmas gathering. We highly recommend and will look to use one of her properties in the future.

Such a fun house, and extremely amenable please host! We even rented a pontoon boat! This place made me want to buy a lake house in Tennessee.

The property was just what we needed for our high school anglers to prepare for their fishing tournament on Old Hickory Lake. Everything was exactly as described and in working order. If we have to fish Old Hickory again I hope to stay here again as well.

It was perfect for what we needed. The photos of the inside were exactly as is. Lots of beds, sleeps a large family comfortably. Three bathrooms were very handy. View of the lake was awesome! We had a great weekend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend you let people know to bring hangers, since there weren't any in the closets. Also, since there is no door to the downstairs corner bedroom, it would be nice to at least have some type of curtain to close if off for privacy. We had a really great time, and appreciated your quick responses to questions. Thank you!

We had all the grandparents, grandbabies and grown kids under one roof. There was a great view from the deck, a good kitchen, hot showers and comfy beds. We had a wonderful time.

Clean comfortable house. Kellie and Chip are outstanding host! We rented a very nice pontoon boat from Chip which he kindly parked at the dock and provided whatever we needed. It was a great week!

We used this as a meeting point for our Thanksgiving holiday. The location it was a great location, view was amazing. The decor could be a bit updated and maybe add some rugs to accommodate the different thresholds throughout (wouldn’t want anyone to trip) :)

Pros Lots of beds 3 bathrooms Tankless water heater Large covered area outdoors Dock Very responsive and nice owners Cons Could use update to lighting outdoors Tvs could be upgraded, pretty small Shuffleboard game was mostly useless due to not being level (we got it the best we could with cardboard) and low quality construction Minor issues overall if you're going to enjoy the water and not sit inside all day.
