Stayed Nov 15, 2023We loved everything about this property so much so I didn't want to leave. My only problem was the couch in the lounge it was just too low. The gas fire ran out while we were there on the first night. Amazing views and the bird life, pheasants. Quails ot what you see in the centre of town. Would return

Stayed May 24, 2023The location is great, it does have a pretty great view, and it is very quiet. It is still a neighborhood; it is technically rural but other houses are pretty close and still in view in most directions. It is at the end of the road and one of most private spots in the neighborhood. Would be good for a larger group or multiple adults. There is a bit of a pretentious feel to the place in spite of some things not being as high end as put on. The hot water for showers can run out with back to back showers even with only a few people trying to be fairly quick. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023This property was everything and more than we expected. Beautiful home with everything you need in excellent working condition, great neighborhood and breathtaking views of Lake Taupo. My first trip to New Zealand and I couldn’t have been more pleased. This home is definitely one you don’t want to overlook if you are planning to stay in the Acacia Bay Area. We will definitely be back!
