Stayed Jan 29, 2026This was by far the best house that we have stayed at in Ruidoso out of the 6 years we’ve been visiting, usually a couple times a year. Super spacious and an amazing view of the snow covered mountains from all of the 3 levels. 9 of us had more room than we needed. All 5 kids took over the bottom floor with two bedrooms and open area with day bed and then both couples had the main floor & top floor suites. We never felt crowded or like it was too loud with so many people. The one and only thing that could use some change is the top floor shower. The pressure is so poor that the shower has a hard time staying on and not switching back to bath or the handheld shower head. It also does not get hot- only warmish. I know pressure is not an easy fix but maybe a different shower head and one of the smaller water heaters for that level? Other than that small blip- this house was incredible and we will definitely choose again next season!

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We visited with our 3 teens for their Spring Break. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The decks are amazing with a beautiful view of Sierra Blanca. We saw a couple elk and quite a few deer while at the house. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ruidoso again.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024Very beautiful and spacious cabin! All rooms have plenty of space, full bathroom in each room. This is perfect for large groups to enjoy, it has a three story layout. Very clean throughout, Would recommend 100%.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I don't have anything negative to say about my stay, it was that good. Great cabin for large groups. Clean well kept home. The kid friendly touches such as safety gate for the stairs, and sippy cups was very helpful. Perfect location with beautiful views!
